It is quiet, has a lot of functions, and I use the steam function for drapes. Better than dry cleaning and cheaper!

Old dryer died no more heat...over 15 years old . Researched on line reviews along with Consumers Report. one of the highest rated but withh superior reviews over a higher rated dryer.

Will make noise sometime. But dry clothes very good.

I love the perfect timing and look of this dryer. My old dryer would take the timer going off 3 times before the clothes were dry enough....but my new LG times the clothes PERFECTLY.

Our only concern is that like all LG products, it does a silly chime upon completion of its duties. It might be preferable to be able to disable this and enjoy the silence of a job well done.

This is a nice dryer. Lots of programmable settings and customization options. It has a steam option that I haven't tried yet. The rack that comes with it is awesome for drying shoes. You get dry shoes without all the clanking and banging that comes without having the rack.

I had a very very old dryer that used to take 2.5 hours per load to dry...this takes about 30 minutes for many loads, an hour for some really large loads...I took off one star only because if you have to wash and dry one thing really quickly it doesn't work well...better off doing a whole load!!

If you want something that will look good and do a great job cleaning your clothes, I’d recommend this LG washer and dryer. We’ve had it for two weeks and are loving it!

Beautiful. Great functions -- from gentle & cold to antimicrobial & hot. I wouldn't waste your money on the drawers to lift the units. They are perfect as they are.

I had the gas version of this dryer but due to condo rules I had to replace it. Since I was very satisfied with the dryer's performance it was a no brainer to get the same unit in electric

Had high hopes for this dryer. Purchased as the one we had for 12 yrs was taking forever to dry our clothes. This one also takes a while to dry our clothes. Typically have to do two cycles to get it fully dry, and yes, I do take out the items from the washer and 'fluff' them prior to placing in the dryer so that it's not one big ball. If I could return this and get a different dryer, I would.

the washer lost power after 29 days. I called LG and they said that they will send a tech to see what is wrong with it. I refused and took it back to best buy and exchange it for a samsung.

This thing can dry an amazing amount of laundry and do them well. There are so many cycles to choose from we still haven’t tried them all. You will love this machine.

The dryer has a removable water tray that can be filled to use with the steam function. You do not need to run a separate water line for this feature for the dryer

I haven't had this set long, but I'm very happy with it so far. It seems to do a great job cleaning the laundry, and the very dry spin setting is great!

Beautiful and works perfectly. I love the front load washer as I'm able to put a table over top to give me a place to fold laundry. I love the gray color. Good product!

Couldn't have timed this open box buy any better! My dryer had just quit and this showed up ...hardly a scratch on it and couldn't beat the price!
