I bought the matching pair for this product.. The first washing machine went dark right after I started it the first time and did not start again. It took a week for them to bring me a replacement.. The installers arrived 40 minutes after their 4 hour time slot... The second machine did the exact same thing... Now I have to wait two weeks before they will pick the pair up so I can get a refund for the whole affair... It took all told a month and half for this to take place and now I have to wait two more weeks for the refund.. And do not try to call the store when the machine does not work, no one will answer and you will have to go back to the store again..

Not good at lower heat settings and also noisey operation.

The machine is ok it is not what I originally purchased but somehow the dryer I originally purchased disappeared from the warehouse and I okayed this one. I was not happy because I wanted the one I originally purchased which was a square front which I highly prefer.

This is the first washing machine I have bought since a very unpleasant experience with a Bosch set about 8 years ago. They required service right from the beginning, and were slow and awful. So much that when we redid the laundry/mud room we had to replace the machines even thought they were working fine. WHAT AN UPGRADE!! This is a fabulous machine, easy to use, and intuitive. The Speed Wash is just that -- you press Start, and go do something else, and it seems like just a few minutes later, it chimes. The machine does a great job on everything we throw at it, and we throw a lot at it. Our housekeeper had no problem adapting to it instantly, and the quality of the laundry has improved 100%. I would not have believed it possible. We have Miele machines at our apartment, and the LG's put them to shame. I have to see if LG makes the smaller size units, because if they do, I'm gonna splurge. You absolutely, positively, cannot go wrong with this machine. We have been using ours for five months now, and my wife and I almost fight over who gets to run the machine. She has gotten deeper into it, but I am intrigued by the idea you can download cycles from the internet. When I get around to it, I'm going to see what the WiFi capabilities really are. I suspect I'll be blown away. My sole concern is the door hinge: It is the only part of this machine that does not look and feel like a Rolls Royce. I hope it's just meant to be flexible to avoid breaking, but it feels a tad flimsy. No issues with it, but it worries me a bit. If this thing is durable, it's the first time in my life I have gotten a techie buzz from a household appliance. YESYESYES. I researched machines for a month before buying these. I also had to buy some commercial units for an apartment house for my kids, and so far so good. The Best Buy installers did a great job on those machines. For once, my research paid off. Don't hesitate. This is a GREAT MACHINE and GREAT VALUE.

Purchased this from Best Buy about a month ago. So far we've been extremely pleased. We haven't had a chance to use some of the fancy features yet (like steaming), but we have really enjoyed the everyday functions. This thing dries clothes very fast and operates quietly. Would definitely purchase again.

We really like this dryer, quiet, great job of drying cloths (sensor works well for all types of cloths), steamer works well on winkled cloths (only used it for that so far) and the songs it plays or tones, well it is hard not to smile. We have an open kitchen, dining room and living room, the laundry closet is right off the kitchen and most of the time cannot tell if it is going. Great dryer!

This dryer is very nice. Runs quiet and has lots of features. The steam feature is my favorite. This dryer even tells you if your exhaust vent is clogged. So far very pleased!

Bought this one on recommendation from a major web site that reviews appliances and tells you the best one to buy. This was their recommendation and so far, things have been going good. Much better quality than our Samsung and Whirlpool predecessor devices.

After 6 years and a move still works! Awesome machine!

Had to replace old dryer as it took hours to dry clothes. This baby will dry a king comforter in an hour and a half (2 Cycles). Clothes are fully dried in 45-50 minutes with a full load! Bonus, if you have a vent line that not up to code for older appliances, this may be your solution. Read the manual for how many feet you can go with up to 4 90 degree elbows. Bought our house and technically vent line wasn't up to code due to length and vent would barely open. It opens so much now we are still getting lint 6 month's later from the old dryer being worthless!

The dryer works, it has a large volume and is relatively quiet, unless there are buttons or other hard materials such as metal or plastic that will bang against the metallic drum. I like the rack that comes with it for drying shoes or other items that can't be bounced. I like the modern design and the color, and it goes well with the matching washer.

We ended up with the 3570 because the dryer we wanted (3370) was not in stock. It's a great dryer so far, and the steam option seems useful. Since it is not Energy Star certified like it's 3370 sibling, it didn't qualify for our electric company's rebate program. Not sure why this version isn't compliant, since it's basically the same dryer with a few more cycle options. Otherwise, very pleased with the dryer, and the audio signals are somewhat amusing, although I'm sure it could annoy some. The sounds are easily turned off. Best Buy staff was very helpful during the purchase process. Not so pleased with the installers, but I understand there is reason to expect better service in the future.

Not too much to say here, it's a dryer and it works. My main reason for purchasing this model: - Steam feature: Lots of dryers have steam features now but I liked this one because I can use tap water (they actually tell you in the manual to only use tap water) to fill up a reservoir. No need to run a water line or anything crazy than that. - Drying rack: Just handy to have. Most dryers I found in my price range didn't have this feature or didn't include it. This one did. - Moisture-sensing levels: Seems like all dryers have this, but it's nice to have so I made sure this model had it. Overall, good dryer, would recommend. The LG dings are annoying at first but you get used to them quickly.

Had the dryer delivered and less than two weeks the unit failed to heat. Called LG and they would take about a week to get parts and get a person out to fix it. Luckily I was within Best Buys short 2 week window to replace the unit and they did. However, the delivery person would not switch the door to hinge left like the first delivery person did. It required Best Buy to come out again and switch it. I would consider another manufacturer if I had to do it again. New unit is working fine but it has only been 1 day. Prior to the failure it also worked fine.

No matter what automatic settings we use on the dryer our clothes never come out completely dry. I've tried the highest "more dry" setting and "high heat" with an size average load and some items are always damp. The dampness sensor does not do a good job of determining when clothes are dry. The "reduce static" setting works very well so you can get by without fabric softener sheets.

12 cycle dryer from LG .. great options and big drum less noise

Lots of features and very quiet. Like the drying rack and end of cycle melody instead of that loud buzz. Just wish the wifi worked with ios and not just android systems
