I've only been using the dryer for a couple weeks and so far it seems to do a decent job. I like being able to steam freshen clothes to remove some wrinkling as well as the wrinkle guard function that cycles your laundry every few minutes so the clothes don't wrinkle if you aren't right there when the cycle is done.

My wife was looking for a Washer & Dryer, since our old ones died. She checked things out online and ended up going to several stores. Best Buy was at the end of our search but we ended up buying there because of the pricing for the same product and because of the service we got. The delivery service was exceptional.

Bought this with the corresponding LG Washer. It's in an upstairs laundry room, so the lack of vibration and quiet are important. It dries well, the options are sufficient for my needs so far, and the operation is intuitive. I took a star off for the steam option (it should really be half a star) -- it has a refillable tank that you have to fill every time you use steam, and while it does release wrinkles, it's not as effective or convenient as a previous dryer I had that had the steam function hooked up to the water line. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I recently purchased this as a replacement for another LG dryer. I love the graphite steel color! As for it's drying performance, it's okay. My only complaint is that just like my previous LG dryer, sometimes the clothes do not get completely dry on some settings. I think this is inherent with these dryers because it is mentioned in the instructions that you may have to use the "more dry" setting or run the load a little longer. I suspect it is because it's hard for the sensor to accurately detect the moisture content of mixed weights of clothing in typical loads. I am not sure how often I will use the steam feature, so I preferred getting this model where you have to fill the drawer with water for steam versus getting the next model up where the water automatically comes from the outlet in the wall (through a Y-connector with your washer hose).

Only had dryer for 1 month and so far, I really like what I see. Very well built and looks very nice with the SS finish. Matches all of my other BEst Buy Purchases in the neighboring Kitchen. It has a lot to do with the washer SPIN CYCLE as well, but my cloths get dry extremely faster than what my previous machine did.........BIG TIME!!!

Bought the washer dryer pair at a great price on Black Friday. I got the dryer delivered within a few days. Delivery and set up were excellent. Love the large capacity for towels and king size sheets. The only negative was the washer which was on back order. 2 weeks later they cancelled my order and I had to reorder at the regular price. The washer should be delivered next week if all goes well. Disappointing but I think that is part of the system or lack of inventory system that Best Buy has online. If you order on Black Friday just be aware you may not get the deal.

Quiet, very funtional and Steam feauture is awesome

I bought this because it was paired with the add-wash washer I wanted. So far, it does what it is supposed to and has a light inside. As my last dryer was at least 25 years old (came with the house when I bought it), I don't know how it stacks up to modern dryer expectations. But has steam option and does what I need.

We have had this dryer for about a month and we really like it. It runs quietly and has been getting even some large blankets and throws dry in a reasonable amount of time. The basic settings have been good enough for us, although we might want to use the custom settings for some other items.

I am very happy with this dryer. I got it for a good price. It works excellently. It has many options. Very easy to hook up. It also looks very nice.
