We had a previous version of this unit but had sold them with our house as part of the offer. We didn't hesitate to go right back to a LG washer and dryer. Very simple operation and as quiet as any front loader that we have seen. Haven't used the WiFi app just yet but it sounds like a great feature!

This dryer is easy to use. I've used it daily for the past month and the clothes dry well. A nice tune plays at the end of the cycle & it can be heard clearly. As a bonus, the technician that installed the dryer (arranged through Best Buy) was on time, pleasant, very efficient.

The drum is huge and cleans large loads very well! It’s very quiet and then has a lovely song to let you know it completed its cycle. It’s so high tech and aestitically pleasing. I also recommend the pedestal washer for smaller loads since this washing machine is so big inside!

The LG Truestream 7.4 cu. ft. Dryer performs great very quick and extremely quiet cycles for most any need.

This dryer works wonderfully. Best Buy delivery performs extremely poorly. It took six deliveries and a month past the original delivery day to have the order complete.

I like the fact I have many choices for the drying cycles and each one seems to dry the clothes just perfectly based on the cycle selected. Even when I have a mixed load, everything comes out dry and the lighter weight items don't have static which I would get with my previous dryer.

I love my new LG Trusteam dryer. I like the options, they are clear and help me choose the optimum drying level for the load - no more overdried or still damp clothing/towels/linens. I haven't used the steam feature to unwrinkle clothing yet; but other than that everything works as it should.

To be honest, I mainly bought this dryer because it went with the washing machine I wanted. Loki g at consumer reports though, LG has the highest rated electric dryers, so I feel good about the purchase. Everything works as expected. Have t tried the steam function yet.

I've really enjoyed this dryer that matches my new washer. I'm loving all the cycle choices and the ability to modify the various settings. With the ability of modifiable cycle options this dryer meets all the drying needs a person could have. The 'song' it plays when done is also a plus :-)

Dryer has no issue handling any sized load. Has tons of customizable options. Permanent press is my favorite option as it senses when things are dry and automatically stops. The steamer for wrinkled clothes and shoe drying rack are both amazing! However, when you put only light weight objects in it tends to knot them up. Example: unfitted sheets, dress/work shirts, pillow cases, women’s tops.

Had done quite a bit of research into new washer and dryer after previous units began glitching. Knew I wanted something higher end and reliable. Was torn between this and a new Samsung set. Decided to go with this one due to reviews and ratings being somewhat similar and LG having the lower price point. Best Buy delivered and moved into laundry room, but I installed myself with no issues. Wife and I love the new units and have recently ordered pedestal for dryer along with the Twin Wash pedestal for the washer. Those should be here tomorrow. My only complaint is that the units are definitely close to the ground and bending over is a chore, but the pedestals will fix that easily and provide more functionality and storage space. Very happy thus far.

I am coming from a gas dryer, however, seeing how efficient the electric dryers are now, I made the switch. After 2 months of weekly use, this dryer has exceeded my expectations. Clothes are dried quickly and when using the correct setting, not damaged.

Looked at a bunch of other washer/dryers from Samsung, Whirpool, Maytag, etc...even LG, but chose these due to consumer reports on reliability/etc. They look great, easy to use, so far no problems. Only time and use will see how good it really is though.

I am very happy with this clothing dryer. This dryer has a variety of setting options which I use for the various clothing fabrics that are laundered daily for the family. This dryer is efficient and a very nice compliment to the washing machine. I would recommend this product.

Great Dryer, purchased several weeks ago and have been nothing but pleased with the results. More modes than I know what to do with. I'll eventually figure out what they all do. The Smart Tag is a bit of a gimmick, but it could be useful if you have an issue with the machine.

I absolutely love my new LG Dryer. I have never had a dryer that could dry a very large amount of clothing in such a short amount of time. This dryer makes doing laundry pleasurable....something I never though I would hear myself say.

We bought this "LG - TrueSteam 7.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Electric Dryer with Steam" to replace our 15 year old dryer. Its quite, and dries loads quickly. Even with steam, it only takes 40 min to dry a queen size blanket. Very happy with the purchase.

I tend to over fill the dryer when doing laundry. That is how my previous dryer burnt out. This dryer has no issue whatsoever with large, small, delicate, or bulky loads. The presets are perfect and clothes come out dry and fresh every time.

The LG TrueSteam dryer is a great product and delivers the quality clothes drying that we expected. We own an LG washer and were so satisfied with that product, we had to pick it's dryer mate when our old dryer became expendable. It delivers as expected. Great product!

This dryer works very well. Clothes come out soft. The dryer is gentle, there is very little lint produce by the clothes being roughly tumbled. I have it on a pedestal which makes it easier to load and unload. It was very easy to switch the direction of the door swing.
