My old Maytag dryer was not drying my clothes after 1 cycle. Usually I would have to do 3 cycles. I had this dryer for only 1 week, but love it. It dries my towels and comforter in 1 cycle. I haven't used the steam feature yet, but looking forward to it. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a new dryer.

Easy installation. Easy to use and have had no issues

Have always wanted to make an updated change from existing electric dryer. I know using gas does go faster and cheaper. Has plenty of new tech choices and makes nice end of cycle music. Did homework before LG making choice.

Can't be happier with my new LG gas dryer. I have never owned a gas dryer and paid a bit more for LG over the Samsung because of ratings - and we are generally fans of Samsung products. The clothes just smell fresher with gas drying - may be it's just my opinion, but my wife agrees with me for a change...

Good size, capacity and features for the price. Not rated energy efficient for some reason.

You have a few more overriding options than Samsung. Plus you do not need a water feed (ie. a another water hose) to it for the stream like the Samsung does. Instead it has a small container that you fill with water if you need steam which most of the time why does a dryer need it.

We actually were looking to get new high efficient top loaders but the best buy salesman was extremely knowledgeable and informed of how far they have come with the new front loaders so we reluctantly tried them out and we love them. LG also had the best reviews and warranty hands down.

Fits lots of clothes which is great, but more features than I need

I had a cheaper front loaded dryer before that was ok, I decided to pay more and it was well worth it. Can't believe the difference in the speed of drying and how quiet it is.

So far I am loving this washer and dryer set. They seem efficient and well designed. I really like that the washer props open so that you have to worry less about mildew.
