This washer cleans clothes great. I washed a large load of jeans and one pair had grass stains on the knees. Grass stain is completely gone after one wash. One star lost because of the balance issues. It shakes and makes tons of noise, even on medium spin speed, when washing large loads or bulky items. We have leveled twice.

Overall the new machine seems not as robust as our old front loader. Lots more plastic. But it does have a lot of newer features that seem useful. The sanitize and allergy feature seems to get whites cleaner. Not really sure how you test the allergy function. Do I sneeze less? One nice feature is how the door stays slightly open but latched when not in use. With front loaders, if you don't keep the door open a bit you'll get mildew on the seal. Cycle times seem higher than the old washer. I still need to send in my rebate for high energy saving machine!

other than taking 17 days to deliver,this machine cleans better than anything i;ve ever seen.

The clothes are cleaner and smell much better. I am using the same laundry products as I did in my old Maytag. I love it. So glad we got it.

Love this LG washer. Easy Hookup, a little on the heavy side, but a recent upgrade and a great purchase for the price.

I love everything about my new washer. It cleans like a dream and runs very quietly.

We find ourselves having to empty out that trapped water to avoid that mildew smell, but great washer.

After using it for about a month, I must say it is VERY nice. It has a huge capacity, it's rather quiet. The short wash cycle (or Turbo Wash) is very quick. Doing 2-3 loads worth of bedding gets done in about 2 hours or less (including drying). Highly recommended!

This washer is very good for families that are large in size and vary in articles that they would want to wash. The time left gives a very close estimate and is a very good buy.

This thing is a beast. Huge tub, quick washes, multitude of settings. It's just a great all-around washer for the price.

I love the 15 minute cycle. I'm very pleased with all of the choices of cycles. It does a great job cleaning cliothes.

The washer cleans clothes beautifully definitely recommend it. Has different cycles for any of your needs.

Very good unit - very quiet and gets loads done quickly and efficiently. I have not used all the bells-and-whistles yet, but like it. The only issue I've had is trying to get it not to shake and wiggle when it's ramping up on spin cycles with heavier loads - not sure if that's a product of the washer, or the installers' inability to balance it correctly. Overall, I enjoy doing laundry!

Good washer. Quiet. I like the way it measures and adds the detergent.
