My favorite thing about this washer is the self clean cycle, which I run 1-2x/month to prevent mold (which is an issue if you don't properly maintain a front load washer). I also like the TurboWash feature to wash loads quickly.

I like the front loading system. It is also very quiet and has self-explaining programs.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I also bought a dryer that can sit on top of it with a stacking kit. It's very quite and big enough for a queen size comforter. I love the turbo wash feature that shortens a wash to as little as 40 minutes. I look forward to doing laundry!

So far this has been a great upgrade from our previous washer we had at our other house

We bought new LG's in Aug 2014. Exactly 18-months later without the extended warranty on a family of 2 the washer croaked. Repair of water motor was 2/3rds of new machine. Quick math said forget it, buy new with 5-yr warranty by Geek Squad. This new machine is an upgrade of its predecessor and so far works superb. Buy a machine buy extended warranty as they don't make them like they used to!

There are accessories that LG places n the drum, including hot/cold water lines and other important parts. When Best Buy delivered my new washer these parts were missing. Best Buy charged me for the water hoses that LG supplies. I also can't level or place the non skid pads, or fully place my washer until I get the missing parts. So far the only reply from Best Buy was that these parts don't come with a "refrigerator" ??? Otherwise the washer seems works fine sitting in the middle of the floor.

This is the best washer I have ever own, tons of features and clean very well.

I purchased this item at the end of December and have been using it since early January. Very easy to use and very dependable!

I purchased the washing machine knowing that it was being discontinued because of new models. It was an excellent buy and I am glad I purchased it. Another family member purchased the same model and there have been no problems. The clothes come out clean and are barely wet. You save money on water, electricity and it doesn't require a long drying time.

Washer is very easy to use. It is also very quiet. Everyone at home loves it.
