I've enjoyed my new washer. I read reviews about the noise of the water pump but i've not experienced it (or noticed it). I haven't used all the wash settings yet but it's only been 30 days. I would recommend this washer to anyone.

wanted a new top of the line washer/dryer combo, pedestal stands and qall, and picked this out because of reviews, and sales person speaking so highly about it. I'm very happy with the machine and recommendations were right on!!

We do 3-4 loads a week. Washes great and has plenty of capacity for our 2 person family. Old washer leaked a tiny amount from the lower gasket and we haven't had any similar issues with this one. Great price and easy setup - we'll see how it holds up over the long term but so far we've been thrilled!

I bought this washer after my old washer started dying and leaking lubricating oil into the drum, ruining my laundry. Not only is this washer QUIET and efficient, it did a remarkable job of getting the lubricating oil out of most of what I thought were ruined items. Also, it is incredibly well-balanced. It does not vibrate or make any noise during the spin cycle, even with a dryer stacked on top.

This washer is okay. It washes the clothes really well. However, there is a loud clunking noise as the water is coming into the washing machine. It almost sounds like someone is trying to get in the house. I've had the washing machine for about 2 months and I've already had to reset the board because it got stuck on the spin cycle. After the load is done, there is water that drips from the top of the washing machine. Sometimes there's so much that it drips onto the floor.

This is my second LG front loader and I love everything about this one as I did my other one, "I had sold my house and left the washer & Dryer " it is a Great washer.

Did a ton of research. According to everything, the model below this was the best. We were about to buy it when I saw this one was on sale for less than that one so we got it because it had the steam clean features.

Had to go with the LG again. Actual buttons instead of touch pads, and the new model is doing the same loads much faster. Keep in mind they come with hoses (B.B. will not tell you that.). So far, so good.

This washer is everything I was hoping for and more. Perhaps more than I really need with all the flexibility in the settings. We have three grown boys who wash some quite dirty cloths. It gets them all clean. The spin cycle is especially quiet and smooth. I've had it for about three months no with no issues.

Have had this washer for a few months. No issues as of yet. Runs great. A little noisy,but thats not an issue for me. Clothes are clean and fresh!

We are very pleased with the unit - we didn't realize the term "turbo" wash speaks to its haste in getting clothes cleaned! That plus the myriad of options for cleaning make this a homerun.

After all the drama I'm very happy. Hated the geek squad technical support and the technician that cam out. After all I'm happy. You guys really need to screen people before you hire them.

Great product! Final product was as I expacted. very good performance, very quite and clean well

These machines work great but can be delicate when being moved. I had to return two of them from the installers damaging them beyond operability twice. When installed correctly they are amazing. If you have to pay for delivery/installation, it's worth it!

We love it, the machine is very quiet and does a good job.

After I bought this washing machine I stopped sending my shirts to the laundry shop, I can wash them here without no wear-out problems

Our new washer is excellent. Our clothes are so much cleaner and brighter than ever before. It is also a lot quieter than I expected.

My LG front loader that was 10 years old went out suddenly. Of course I was going to replace it with another LG. Great machine and in 10 or more years I plan on buying another!

I bought this washer as an open box special. The washer was easy to install and has worked great for my wife and I. A few of the cycles are longer than an older style or top load, but your laundry gets very clean. The multiple cycle options is great.

I gave this 4 stars only because I haven't had it very long but so far this does its job quietly & effiecently and it looks really pretty.
