I bought both the washer and matching dryer from LG. It's a big step up from my previous set from Amana. I love the steam feature and turbo wash option. Very happy so far!

We've had the TurboWash washer for a few weeks now and are amazed at how quickly the wash takes when hitting that Turbo button.

Love the options in this machine. I even wash dry clean items on gentle cycle with zero damage. Great for any type of load and big enough to do it all at once.

Our last washer and dryer were whirlpool and we decided to get this instead of the same brand or whirlpool lasted pretty long but we are happy with our purchase (so far)

Doesn't smell after many months of use like my old front loading washer. Cleans well!

My washer rollers and drum went out after 12 years. Had home insurance warranty that wanted to replace my old Whirlpool with a GE model. No thanks. Settled for the cash in lieu of the GE model. Searched many appliance stores for the best deal and all recommend the LG. This washer takes care of all my laundry needs and is very efficient. BEST BUY had the best price, quick delivery, and got savings on the pedestal.

We have had this washer for about 3 weeks now and I am happy with it, I was replacing a similar LG dryer that we left at our last house that we sold, that one was 5 years old with no issues, I don't anticipate any with this one...

Very quiet. Plenty of settings, it does its job well.

Efficient. Quick wash. Love the towel setting. Had a minor issue with hose popping up but that was installation issue.

I bought this open box. It seemingly had been used once, bought as a pair. It was the model I was looking for. Figured since it didn't seem damanged to the naked eye, it wouldn't have problems. Bought it to replace a front loader. Bought LG specifically for it's warranty on the drum and machine in general as I'd had drum issues with my last front loader. I've only had it for 6 days and it's leaking from the bottom front of the machine. Have had to called Best Buy and LG -- have two appointments to have it hopefully fixed. If not, it's going back and I'm buying something else. Big pain so soon though. Loved it's size, easy of use, and steam feature.

This washer has performed very well for me. Held out a star for 2 reasons: I would like it to balance a bulky load better when spinning, and would like a cycle that rocked for hand washables.

Good washer over all. I've had it about 30 days and as is good so far. Love the features ex. Sanitary and allergens function. My only complaint is it's a bit noisy when it's on the spin cycle. Will recommend this product

I love all the options offered with this washer and it does a fantastic job cleaning clothes,towels and blankets. It is a little noisy.

great washer with steam wash fuction and speed wash fuction. the best thing is you can use you smart phone control it

Wash time is pretty great! Love the fact it does a cold wash (as opposed to tap cold). Helps keep colors in. And the steam option has gotten my whites pretty nice!
