This is my second LG washer. Works great as expected. Some of the cycles can be really long. But the turbo wash is useable

Very satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend this washing machine.

We've had this washer for about a month now and overall are satisfied. My main complaint would be the smell of our clothes after they are washed. They come out with a smell of a mix between mint and pot. I also do not like that the little orange valve at the top of the gasket leaks water for several minutes (drips) after the load is over. Overall these machines have a ton of features and our clothes come out clean.

This is certainly not the worst, but it's not the best either. Fairly loud, laundry starts smelling stinking pretty quickly after a wash.

Excellent performance and solid investment. Very easy to use and super efficient.

I did my homework on this purchase. I read reviews and Consumer Reports. The biggest complaint I see from others is how hard it is to reach the bottom of the tub (darn socks!). I am 5'6"... I do have to stretch a little BUT that far outweighs the benefits of this great washer! I have had it for a month now and am like a kid with a new bike! It is wonderful... Cleans great... So absolutely quiet! I can't say enough great things about it! And I got a great price on it! Best But does match competitors prices so shop around and then go there with your best price! They are amazing! This is not my first big purchase with Best Buy and it won't be my last! This is the best purchase I've made in a long time!

quiet when running, fit a queen comforter, nice color

Working well and overall I am happy with purchase. One time I experimented with a heavily soiled fabric and the steam did not remove the stain. Will still need to pretreat.

First one made a horrible screaching noise, called Best Buy and they sent over a brand new one. this one's been working great

its been about a month we have been using this washer and we like it so far. Dont have much complaints. Should have been less vibrating when it spins at high speeds...

This was a replacement, I like that it is quite and washes large loads fast with minimal water.

i got more than i planed when i bought this washer it's an excellent machine

The only negative comment is the "hammer" noise during the watch cycle. We bought a water arrester that minimized the noise

Great buy, I should have upgraded years ago. Excellent product support, I have had no issues with this purchase.

I owned an LG washer for 8 years before this and it's been solid. This updated model has more features and looks nicer. It's quieter than the old model I had, a nice bonus since I installed it on the 2nd floor. Very happy with it so far.

My new washer gets the clothes clean in less time than my old Maytag. It has more programs than I really need.

It's so quiet I had to double check on it several times when I first got it to make sure it was on. Plus there isn't any vibration like one of the older models I had. LG has really improved this machine.

My husband just loves this machine. We had a whirlpool before and had issues with it. We are glad we boought it.

Love the steam function, turbo wash, and allergiene cycle. Like that you can download additional wash cycles.

Great washer, lots of cycles, gets clothes clean, very quiet, EXCEPT when filling with water, if you have an older house without insulated pipes it'll make a good amount of noise when it's filling, I used one of those rubber oven gloves to lessen the impact of the hose when the water goes on and off. It also makes a good amount of wugga wugga squeeking when on high spin dry
