Wonderful service great product as promised fulfilled commitment

Had it for a little over a month. Works great! No complaints.

It's been too long since a washer upgrade, because this was like going from a clunker to a finely tuned automobile. Very easy to use, no complaints at all (once we got through the delivery and set up debacles) recommend this product!

Efficient water and power usage - loving it and less noise

This is my first front load washer. I'm happy with the cleanliness it provides. Great multitude of options, although requires reading about most of the non basic options. Sleek but quite high when stacked with the dryer.

Of all the washers this is the best I have bought.

Mine leaked down the door the second time I used it. Three weeks later I found a puddle on the floor below and near the pedestal. There was also water in the handle of the pedestal. It took 15 min. on hold with Best Buy to speak to someone who asked if I'd checked the hoses. They arranged a service person to come look at it 2 days later. He surmised that since I had a black lab, even a miniscule amount of anything, including dog hair, would prevent the rubber gasket found around the clear view door from sealing and thus create a leaking problem. I checked the door, there were maybe 10 dog hairs on the door. If this is the problem, those of us with pets are sunk. I can't believe this is the problem but if it is, this is not the machine for me.

Arived on time and I'd have to say they went out of there way to get it into the tight space I had. Being a guy, it washes as well as I'd expect. It has so many wash setting, I've used 2.

This washer and dryer are great. The're quiet and efficient. Clothes look good when finished. I recommend these . We have purchased similar units in the past and liked them very much.

The washer is great but the problem is it has a loud thump noise that no one knew how to fix. After looking for me places I found on YouTube that buying a mini arrester cured the problem so $20 worth of parts kept us from taking the machines back because the loud thump would eventually tear out the plumbing. Best Buy sales people should have known this and LG should make sure that these come with the units instead of having to research and buy them afterwards.
