Washes very well. I like the very hot cycle and sanitary cycle. Dryer does the job well...lots of options.

This is the first front loader washer that I've owned and was concerned about the clothes getting clean with the smaller amount of water they use. I haven't had any issues with how clean the clothes are when doing large loads. The washer itself is quiet, lots of customizations as far as temps,spin cycle speed, load size. It does have a really powerful spin cycle and your clothes don't come out as "wet", which means faster dryer times.

Laundry used to take a few hours in the morning with our previous LG washer. This one gets the job done (2-3 loads) in a little over an hour. The yellow tag says it will cost us $9/year to do our laundry. I used to spend that in one or two trips to the laundry mat back in the early 80s. It's awesome. We got it on sale for about $680 early in November. Terrific.

I was very surprised how quiet it is in all modes of operation and it does a great job cleaning.

You have a lot of choices from the market, but many of choices can explain how good it is.

This is an awesome washer. It's efficient with water and cleans your clothes really well.

After my Samsung washer died of electrical confusion I researched the LG and found that it had all the features I needed, steam, a sterile cycle, extra rinse options, plus the usual assortment of optional wash cycles and custom settings of other top-of-the-line washers. The big (4.3 cu ft) wash drum is actually larger than most and has easily handled my big loads. I've been extremely pleased and you will too.

The LG Washer works great! BUT, the matching LG Dryer is a different color. I purchased WHITE. I was told by the representative at 1-800-"LG" that "The company does that on purpose so the customer will not be confused which is the washer and which is the dryer." Can you say INSULTING? Later I reached the LIVE CHAT person who told me that one product is made in China and one in Korea. Yes, one is "warm white" and one is "cool white". I am frustrated and disappointed. This is a lot of money to have a mismatched color.

Debated between top and front load. So glad with the Front load. Clothes are very clean, cycles efficient. Good Decision.

Quiet, does vibrate like my previous front loader, love the steam option.
