It works as expected. The only complaint is that it has some vibration.

Can be a little noisy, depending on the load,.... but awesome machine.

We had the Geek Squad tech out 4 times to replace the same broken $11 Spring. 3 of the 4 times it caused water damage in the area below our laundry room. They eventually replaced the entire unit. We will avoid LG in the future!

Now replacing after 5 years due to two control boards needing replaced.

This washer cleans clothes really well, is fairly quiet and looks great. Only issue I have is that after every wash there is a small pool of water sitting in the door seal. Have to wipe it dry each time.

Doesn't clean as well as expected, poor rinse cycles.

I tried 2 of these machines and neither worked more than a minute... One was a floor model and one was out of the box.... They both did the same thing.. It took a month and a half to find this out and now i have to wait two weeks for them to come get the machine so I can get my refund.... And don't bother trying to call the store for help... No one will answer and you will have to go back to the store for the third time anyway...

Purchased this machine to replace my 13 year old LG front loader. Love the features and capacity. Steam cycle seems to get the clothes cleaner and I love how dry the load is when it is complete. This unit does an awesome job at spinning the load out so the dryer runs less. Since my last one lasted so long I didn't hesitate to purchase another LG product.

Absolutely terrible model. We purchased this 3570 and a 3170 washing machine at the sametime. This one was considered a higher model. The 1st 3570 wobled uncontrollably, the 2nd leaked from the vent , and the 3rd leaked from the vent. The best buy rep has been phenomenal to deal with. The appliance itself was awful. 3 strikes for LG so onto a samsung. Again thanks Tom

Received washer and matching dryer and both worked great for several days. Unfortunately the washer began leaking from the bottom after that. I read online this is a known issue with LG washers - wish I had read before purchase. Best Buy however was excellent in setting up a return and replacement of both the washer and dryer, with no questions asked!

This washing machine is wonderful, I highly recommend LG. It beats the Whirlpool I previously owned by a mile. It never gets off balance, gets clothes clean, needs very little detergent, is quiet and has many different cycles. We bought the dryer that went with it and love that as well.

I like this Washer very much. It is efficient, quiet, does a great job with such a variety of programs, or you could make your own program that will work better for your current load. It shows you time when it is done so you know when it is done. It plays a music when it is done. I wish that music would be a bit louder but I still can hear it when I am in another room.

I returned a LG WM5680HVA top loader which I was not satisfied with for this one and couldn't be more pleased. This is an excellent washing machine, it has lots of options that I was looking for like steam, turbo wash, and a large capacity. The wash cycle time is much better then the top loader, in some cases it is over 1 hour faster. The allergen cycle is great and clothes come out the cleanest I have ever seen. The spin cycle is very fast and items come out fairly dry. It's pretty quiet and doesn't vibrate too much. The only option I would like to have that is missing is a detergent reservoir so that I can dump a whole bottle in and not have to fill for each load. Other then that this is perfect. The downside of this washer is the same as for all front loaders, you must wipe the door gasket and take out the dispenser drawer to dry so I was expecting that so it's not a real big deal.

the delivery team did not show up , 800 line did not provide help. Washer arrived damaged and after 3 weeks I am still waiting for resolution
