Ive given this washer the benefit if the doubt, perhaps our water pressure is in fact insanely high so the intake water bangs like crazy??? Well guess what a pressure regulator was installed and still bangs when taking in water like its about to launch....and Geek Squad...if someone tells us one more time to level it i will scream. Its not the leveling its the effing water intake mechanism. SUCKS. Second the door has leaked since the beginning of time. "Wipe the seal after each wash" i mean are you kidding me? My grandma has had a front loading washer since the 70's that thing has never leaked once from the door. AND to add - i have wiped it down multiple times and the thing still has a streak of water and a small pool after almost each wash.

I’ve owned this for years. The only issue was the thing holding the rubber gasket in came off. Instead of paying $100’s for a service call, I bought a washer spring expansion tool for $12 and easily fixed it myself.

This is the second LG washer I have owned. I really like the quick 15 minute cycle for towels or a few articles of clothing. The inside does start to smell like all front loaders so I keep it open for a day or two after washing. Overall this product is very quiet and the color is wonderful!

I like this washer specs, size, the fact that it's LG and for me it has been a good brand (also own an LG fridge), will pair it with the LG Gas Dryer. I haven't installed it yet (some plumbing must be done first), but I'm confident it will turn out all right.

I bought this washer as clearance floor model due to some dents. I got it for $525 instead of $999. The average cycle type is an hour to an hour and 10 minutes. The machine always auto detects the soil level and the amount of clothes which is nice. My clothes always come out clean. The allergy cycle is phenomenal but takes forever to run. My only complaint is that it washes a little too good and I find my clothes fade a bit faster than I've noticed before. Overall it's a amazing buy especially for the $500-650 price point. You can't go wrong.

Just bought this front load washer after returning a top load washer. The top load washer would not get whites clean. This washer got them bright white after just one load. Very impressed. Easy to use.

Love this machine. It makes me want to do laundry all day! So many different cycles and I love the sanitary/allergiene wash cycle. The turbo wash and even the speed wash cycles are so fast. The clothes come out almost dry as well so you can pretty much use any dryer with this.

Wonderful Washing machine. Does great job with king comforter and other applications. Owned for 6 months now with no issues!

I replaced a 12 year old Frigidaire front load with this state of the art LG washer. We don't overload the machine, use the standard cycles and everything comes out extremely wrinkled and in a ball on the back of the washer drum. My old Frigidaire, at the end of the cycle, would turn the washer drum back and forth to un-ball the clothes so they came out mostly wrinkle free. I'm disappointed that technology that's 15 years newer doesn't do this and we end up with unsatisfactory results.

I can't say enough about this washer. I highly recommend it to anyone. Very easy to use once you read the manual. There is maintenance with the machine which is understandable.

Bought this washer back in February and is so easy to use even a child can use it, the way it looks and operate is great, at times it can be a bit noisduring the spin cycle but other than that great machine.

We bought a whirpool w/d and they were too noisy.. we exchanged them for the LG w/d. I had to check on them several times to make sure they were running they were that quiet. the reviews were right on .

I would definitely recommend the washer. It cleans old stains out so any new stains you have no worries. I will be getting the dryer next for sure!

Nice look and has alot of nice features to it but when it comes down to it just doesn't clean clothes very well. I use the best soap and do small loads and have tried different settings but the clothes still come out with a light odor like they weren't fully cleaned. You can get the same results or better with a washer half the price.

I love that this washer auto-senses load sizes. Living alone, this is super handy. Also, the installation was fantastic. They took care to show me how to use it and to make sure it was balanced so it wouldn't knock around after I started using it.

My washer is on the 2nd repair in less than 1 yr! Both times it has taken a full week to get someone to come fix it (still under LG warranty) - this time it has flooded my floor several times! Might be a defective unit, but no one is replacing so all I can say is DO NOT buy! I read the reviews and did a lot of research before this purchase - will never buy LG again. Customer service is terrible and product quality has gone downhill. I owned an LG washer previously for 10 yrs with only 1 minor repair (after 8 yrs).

I was so happy with this product because it gives you so many choices. I have 3 boys and whatever I have to wash there is a perfect setting to make my life easier.

I own this washer for almost 2 years. It does have good features, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention on the low rating reviews before purchase. Anyway, this washer leaks! It leaked within a week and I got another new one within 2 weeks from BesyBuy. I thought it was a defect one. But the 2nd one starts leaking after a year. LG charged $200 for home repair. My suggestion is to buy water detector and insurance plan together with this washer.
