It is a great washing machine, it cleans my clothing better than any I have used. Very excited because it washes all articles better than my others due to its large capacity!!

I searched, studied and reviewed all types of front load washers for 3 months before deciding to purchase my LG. Love the machine, love the features and it has just the right options for me. Very pleased with my purchase.

I was reluctant to buy a front the loader but this machine has far surpassed my expectations. I can stuff it full to the brim and it still gets my clothes clean. The only down side is how low to the ground it is.

This washer is extremely efficient. It does very large loads in a short amount of time and gets everything sparkling clean. It's a beautiful addition to my house

Works exactly as advertised. Cleans clothes thoroughly and quickly. Install was done by Best Buy, machines were leveled with no issues since installation..

I got this as a scratch and dent sale. I love it. I was not shopping for such a high end one but this thing is great! easily handles big king size blankets and has a ton of washing options.

Really quiet and nice washing machine. Easy to install and I leveled it in about 5 minutes by myself. Lots of modes on this thing. Completely adequate.

Does a great job of cleaning clothes in much less time than our old washer. Definitely need the water hammer arresters to keep pipes from banging. The stacking with the dryer works great and saves space.

My title says is all... Had a Maytag front load and this LG blows that Maytag away !

Both our LG washer and dryer have many functional options and both deliver excellent results while doing it very quietly and consistently.

The washer that came with the condo I purchased was old and moldy. This was a huge upgrade. I haven't used all of the features and settings yet, but I am amazed at how clean everything gets, I had no idea how poorly the old washer was working. It's relatively quiet for a front-loader, at least compared to my old one. Bonus: The song to signal a finish load sounds like you completed a level in an old school Nintendo game!

It is great to be able to wash bath rugs & larger items that I usually go to the launder mat to wash. Very well satisfied with washer.

I knew LG. I liked it. It is working very easily and smoothly, but very clean. I loved and also i want to recommend to my friends.

Have had no issues, lots a setting cycles! It has cleaned well and really gets excess water out of clothes during the spin cycle.

It takes time to get used to the new technology. I loved my 1989 Whirlpool ! It was a workhorse and was great for 26 years. This LG washer does a great job but the clothes do come out wrinkled and even after drying they are still wrinkled. I used the Steam feature on the dryer but it did not make a bit of difference with the wrinkles. I now have to iron everything. I never had to do that with my older model Whirlpool washer and dryer. Don't get this wrong these are very good machines. They just take way to long to run a wash even in the Turbo Wash cycle. They do have very large capacity. I have only had them since July so time will tell the REAL story.

I'm really enjoying this washer and am so glad I purchased a front loader. I'm short, so it makes it easier to load/unload the laundry. The various wash cycle options have been fun to try out and I've almost tried all of them but have a couple to try yet. I do wipe down the inside of the door and the rubber gasket after every load and a more complete job after the final load of the day, I also remove the soap tray and wipe it dry when I'm done. The magnet on the door really helps to keep the washer smelling fresh.

I mainly purchased this because it was a top rated machine on consumer reports. I'm glad I did. It is much more efficient on water and electricity usage than I expected and performs very well. It is also very quiet

Love that I can get cold water, 2nd rinse and Turbo Wash with the push of a couple buttons. Maximum Cleaning with minimal energy.

I could not hear when I close the Laudry room door, the only down side is that it's wet on the door after wash, if I didn't get it dry and close the door, it will smell bad

My old machine was an earlier front loader, but this is light years ahead of that one. Quiet running, stable, we just love it.
