Got them delivered and installed by the Best Buy installation team with no problems. We are VERY happy with the performance and lack of noise we were used to from the old one.

Our old school washer died. A lot of new bells and whistles. Less water and electricity. Gets things cleaner and fast. We are very happy with our new washer.

Our Maytag washer lasted 8 years, and so it was time to replace it. After consulting Consumer Reports, I chose an LG Steam Washer to accompany our LG Dryer. BB lowered their price on the washer a week after we bought it, but gave us the difference. BB delivered and set it up for free, We did have to pay for the hoses. We have enjoyed using our new washer, that has some new features like steam wash, and ability to drain the drum. Coins that find their way into the washer are directed to another area, for easy removal. The speed wash is regulated by how heavy of a wash. Heavier washes last longer. The washer is stable on our concrete floor, in terms of vibrations. Overall, we are happy with its performance. We paid about the same for this washer as the Maytag 8 years ago!

Bought this as a replacement for our twenty year old. Works wonders and just found we will get rebate from power and water companies does not get any better

Finally after my three previous washing machines were declared lemons, I am hopeful that this one will last. The customer service received from Best Buy regarding repair and replacement of this product was wonderful. My contacts with Bryce and Brett at the Geneva store were not great as neither of them followed up on what they were suppose to do. Emily does a great job. Also, the salesman who wrote up my order sent me an LG washing machine instead of the Whirlpool Duet that I picked out originally.

This washer saves time and does a great job at cleaning. It is very quiet. Only had it for a month but I hope to see a savings in utilities over the next year as well

This is the first front loader I've owned and I'm amazed at how little detergent I need. The pre-set options are fantastic for towels, delicates and bulky items. The cycle times are much faster than they say they will be and I'm thrilled with how clean the clothes are. Fantastic so far! It's more maintenance/cleaning than I'm used to (clean washing the tub, drying it out, etc.) than a top loader, but that's important for all front loaders and I'm getting used to the routine.

The LG washer has a lot of washing options to customize its use. The large capacity reduces the amount of loads saving energy costs. It has been very reliable.

This is our third LG washer/dryer. Each time we move we buy a new set. Wash well, uses little water, wears clothes very little. Couldn't be happier.

I loved the reviews from experts and purchased about 2 months ago. It is spinning super fast but very quiet. I am a wood floor installer and my work clothings are dirty after any work day but this cleans it fast and clean.

Makes loud noises at start of loads but works very well. After initial noise it is very quiet. Looks very nice and provides a lot of washing options.

Love this washing machine! I use less detergent, less softener and bleach and my clothes come out so clean!

My first front load & we were impressed...Fast, quiet, clothes come out cleaner than a top load. I won't buy another top loader again.

So far I like how it's quiet and it doesn't rattle my floor during spinning cycle. However, the spinner isn't as powerful as I thought because it stops spinning when I have a few sweatshirts in there. The water makes the sweatshirts heavy and it stops spinning. I had to take out a sweatshirt or two in order for the spinner to spin again.

I love how quiet the washing machine is. The pedistal makes it very easy to load and unload the machine

This is our first time with a front-load, high-efficiency washer. My clothes seem noticeably cleaner when they come out of this washer compared to my prior 20 year old version. The only drawback we experienced is that because the water turns on/off so much, we had problems with hammering in our pipes. We bought a part for each water line that fixed it although we still notice it a little bit. I think this would probably be the case with any of these types of washers, but it was quite noticeable right away with this one so we needed to get these additional parts before using it.
