Handles large loads, runs quiet and fits well in our laundry area.

Love this machine! Great features, easy to use! So quiet! Looks super too....love the graphite steel color. So glad we made this purchase along with the LG dryer. We stacked the machines to free up more space in our small laundry room. Dare I say doing laundry is a little more fun now. :)

Love this washer compared to by 15 yr old clunker. But I purchased this based on it's smart phone capabilities. The app is worthless, downloading different cylces is almost impossible and I had thought it would notify you when cycle was done. Nope. Mind you my husband is in IT, we're not out of tune with technology in the slightest. This just really falls flat in the tech department. Could have saved some $ and gone basic. The cycle complete signal is impossible to hear upstairs even at it's highest setting. Had to buy a baby monitor just to know my wash is done.

As far as my wife and I are concerned this is a good washer. Our clothes and linen have come out smelling fresh and relatively dry (from the efficient spin cycle of the machine). There is supposedly an ability to program the machine via the a phone app but we haven't explored this feature yet. The biggest caveat to this product (and I've seen other reviews of this same model indicate the same) is that it produces a water hammer effect to your pipes. We were able to address this with a water arrester on each line to (and from) the unit and we had verified with a licensed plumber that our house plumbing or the installation was not the problem. The arresters are cheap $12 - $15 but obviously there is the inconvenience of having to purchase and install them to address this problem. The included warranties with this LG product are probably the best on the market (particularly for the drum). Unless there was a great deal going on for this model I'd probably not recommend this product as much as we are enjoying it in our household post the modification.

I do like this washer a lot. There are more than plenty cycle options. Some of the cycles take well over an hour, while the shortest speed cycle is under 20 minutes. The only thing is I wish water didn't puddle on the gasket. You have to wipe it dry with every use, but that's standard I guess with these front loading washers.

This is our first front loader and first LG purchase and so far they have been great. The units are quiet and play a nice jingle when the load is done. The spin is so fast that the clothes are almost dry when the wash is done. I definitely recommend draining the excess water via the built in hose. Almost 4 cups of water comes out.

This is my second LG washing machine in 10 years and i hope i get 10 years out of this one.
