We bought the washer less than 2 months ago and so far it has been great. After reading several reviews this was highly recommended.

The machine is large enough to do 2 loads at once that rather that 2 separate loads as before. It gives my wife multiple choices as to washing cycles for the best way to get the most cleaning for the time the machine is in use. The door is so large she can reach every thing being washed with great ease to get the clothing into the dryer.

I did a bit of homework and shopped around for washers before I purchased this one by LG. This is my first front loader and I must say I am very happy with this washer. It is extremely quiet and it has great features like the load sensing wash. Very pleased so far.

This washer got stains out of my daughters clothes that I have never been able to get out. The sanitize function works wonders and it gets clothes cleaner than Ive ever seen. I love all the functions is has. It is very versatile and I am very happy with my purchase!

We purchased this unit and had it delivered/installed by Best Buy. The installation and delivery was right on time and done without issue. The washer itself is a great product. It's very quiet and efficient, with a lot of different usable features.

Does a great job cleaning. Reasonable amount of cycles and options. Control interface is a little less than intuitive because it is trying to make it easy to choose overall cycles, as opposed to specific options. But not enough to be annoying. Solid and well balanced so far.

Love both appliances and the guys that delivered it did an excellent job installing.
