I ordered both the washer and dryer from this website and I couldn't be happier. It has made my life so easy when it comes to doing laundry. I was really interested to see how the steam feature would affect stains and that part I am not so impressed with but I am still very pleased with this washer/dryer set. Thank you Best Buy and thank you LG.

Great value and does a great job cleaning all types of clothes

Haven't had a chance to experience all the cycle options, but man this is definitely the best washer we've ever had. It cleans better than any washer we've owned before. Looking forward to many years with this washer. The friendly game style tones are the icing on the cake!

I bought a new LG washer 5.5 years ago and the drum dropped in the machine. I called the repair company that LG recommended and the cost to fix it was close to the amount of a new one. However; if the drum has a manufacturers warrantee for 10 years, I would think it to be a reasonable expectation that it would at least last that long. Well I wound up buying a new one along with extended warrantee. Lets hope this one lasts longer than the last one.

Nice washer and dryer set. It's quiet, runs smooth. Love all the digital futures and the bell when the machines are done. I have not had time to program my settings but I will enjoy that. It does leave the washing machine door wet and the rubber around the door of the drum. Which I choose to just wipe the rubber and keep the door open and let it dry.

The Number one question I had was whether this washer could handle a thick, king-size comforter... Unbalanced load and dripping wet comforter answered the question, NO! Be careful how you load the comforter. I'm not looking forward to repeating the experience. Other than that issue, the washer works well.

I am thoroughly satisfied with my LG washer and dryer. The warranty is great and they make very little noise.

so far this is great, get done faster and spin dries well

The washer has an excellent capability to balance the load during spin. We have washed rugs and small pet beds in the past with no luck during spin dry with previous machines, but this one can handle it after a simple load rebalance. This machine took care of the rest. Only negative is we seem to have a leak.......not sure where it is coming from. The dryer works great as well.....nicely matched to the washer in capability and capacity.

easy to use save you money on water bill and electric

The washer takes too long to clean. Because it uses less amount of water, the so-called high efficiency, the cleaning quality is not that good.

As with my lg dryer, I also bought the washer based on the reviews. I've had the washer for about a year and it has been perfect. I love the quick wash feature which allows me to get a load of clothes washed and dried in about 1 hour if I'm in a rush. This machine cleans the clothes thoroughly and I've been very impressed.
