Love the capacity- I thought I'd need larger capacity (aka more $$) to be able to wash king size comforters, etc, but this is plenty big enough. Also love that it measures how much water is needed based on how much you've put in, so saves on water. Still a little loud, but it's a washer, so I don't expect it to be silent. All in all, a great purchase so far.

Machine is quiet and efficient. Vibration is minimal, in spite of the fact that the machine is on a wood floor. Only wish it had right-angle connector for water supply to save on clearance needed behind the machine.

I researched w/d pairs for a long time before I decided to purchase this pair and I'm so glad I did. This is the first front load w/d we've had and I would never go back. I love all the options both the w/d offer they're both super quiet no vibrations. I significantly decreased the time I do laundry mainly because the washer can fit a ton of laundry all at once. Clothes are almost dry when they're done washing so drying time is extremely minimal. When researching I was told LG was the way to go from everyone and I'm so glad I bought this pair.

This washer is easy to use, easy to set the cycles and cleans good.

Can't believe how clean the clothes are after using this the first few times. This washer works great and so much quieter than our old top loader. High efficiency is worth the extra cost, and on sale this unit was a bargain.

Custom settings, uncomplicated display, excellent performance . I am really enjoying this machine and I am very happy I talked with a salesperson before deciding which machine best fit my needs. Delivery and set up people were fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought this to match the comparable LG washer model. Got the gas model. Interesting that the dryer drum is coated steel whereas the washer drum is stainless steel. Very quiet and smooth. The end of cycle signal is very soothing and not annoying like some other brands.

So easy to use, just pick a washing cycle, or use the buttons to to select if you want to adjust wash and rinse temperatures. The turbo wash cleans most clothes very fast (20-30 minutes). Tough stains come out in the steam wash which takes longer, but very pleased with results and no added chemicals. The machine is never off balance on the spin cycle like our old machine. OH, since I looked for this, you will be glad to know, so quiet. The loudest thing it does is the tune it sings to let you know the wash is done. Also, Best Buy answered all my questions, and had the best price.

I love this washer/dryer system. My son had a bloody nose and I threw the white shirt he was wearing in the washer on the sanitize cycle- it came out bright white! Both are easy to use, varied settings for different fabrics, I am very happy with this purchase.

I am very happy with this product. It has a variety of features that I use regularly to launder the clothing for my family. I would recommend this product to someone who is serious about doing laundry.

We really love this washer. Did a bunch of research and this particular duo definitely seemed to be the best value for balancing options with price. Love how much cleaner the clothes seem to come out.

You get a price match from Best Buy which is great. This washer is high efficiency, low noise except some load thump sound at the start of load. Its been more than 6 months and is working perfect.

this review is biased because i simply love this washer! we bought it on black friday and got a really great deal. When the washer is working it is not disruptive at all. No more shaking the house like with our old washer. I highly recommend this item!

We had a Washer for 15+ years. I heard they don't make em like they use to. However, this product exceeded our expectations. Laundry is done quicker and is cleaner than ever before.

So far this washer has been very nice! We've only owned it for about a month though so I cannot speak on the durability and longevity of the washer which is most important. Thats just the way it goes though. What I can say is this washer has everything you could need in a washer. Everything about it feels very high quality and its very nice looking. Yes I had a slight water hammer noise, I did purchase two water hammer arresters from lowes that were $10 each and worked like a charm. They are super easy to install just screw them on the back of the washer and screw the water lines directly into the arresters. We love this washer and are very happy with our choice.

I had an old top loader washer that finally conked out. This was on sale and has the Turbowash feature to wash items more quickly than a non Turbowash model. It had the most bang for the buck of all the washers I looked at. It is amazing how clean it gets whites, even with no bleach, on a warm water setting! The one thing is that you should wipe the door with a towel and the rubber rim to prevent mold from growing...this is true of all front loaders.

Just like the dryer it is quiet. The turbo wash cleans well and quicker than a normal cycle. Changing up standard cycles is easy but I cannot figure out to run a spin cycle only. There are instructions but dang I cannot figure them out.

I had an LG washer and dryer that I was planning on moving with but the buyers asked for it with their offer. The machines were 6.5 years old and still looked and worked like new. This machine seems even nicer! Go LG, keep up the great work!

I love this washer, there are a few bigger units out there but this one is more than enough for me. The wash loads finish much quicker than my old washer which is a big plus also.
