We are pleased with the washer- very quiet. The installers ran it and left before we realized that The washer wasn't level and the door swung all the way open. The Geek Squad came back the next day to properly level the washer.

So after having two Samsung washers first a HE top load washer after having it a couple of years got a top of the line Samsung front load and had issues with that at month 13 and thankfully purchased the Geek Squad 5 year warranty thank god and after three failed attempts to fix the Samsung they replaced the washer for a full credit. We spoke to several people that had good luck with LG and so we opted to get this washer and so far love it. The cycles are so much faster and more efficient than the Samsung and it does a great job washing our closes and wrings them out very well even having g us use the dryer less again saving money. So far at a few months we love it.

Our last Samsung was a loyal solider but with 4 kids who play sports we needed a high capacity washer that can perform for our family. This washer does not disappoint. I would recommend this to any large family for sure

I had to let go of my Kenmore washer of 25 yrs. It has been through 5 children in and out of college. I research for 3 weeks on a washer. With great concern about the front-loaders washer I let go of my fears and listen to my children about moving into the 21st century. With Christmas coming and family arriving this washer has wash 4 comforter and loads of cloths from my college kid return home. So far everything is looking good. I know not everything is going to be perfect , but as long as the cloths come out clean, doesn't vibrate like it's a small earthquake, and doesn't require repeat maintenance I'm good.

We love this washer. We thought about gettin a lager capacity for our large family of six. But this one worker perfect. Thanks for the bestbuy recommendations by Pawn.

Got the washer and dryer combo! We've had it for almost a month and have used it multiple times. So far the product is performing great. Just like many of the reviews out there, it's a solid product.

Purchased our new LG front load washer to replace our old Maytag front load washer no comparison on how well this product is. We have had zero problems and it washes our clothes and meets our expectations.

It's really hard to find something negative to say about this product. The only thing I noticed that I dislike is the fact that it has a very loud spin cycle. Clothes come out smelling great and it's easy to keep the unit clean.

I absolutely LOVE my LG washer. It looks sleek and elegant and I love how my clothes smell and feel after being washed...they feel and smell so. Uch cleaber!

Although small than competitor’s washers it has many nice features for a mid-price appliance. Love the magnetic door feature so the door stays ajar so that drum can air dry. Noticed after cycling when door is opened to remove clothes, water drips off door onto floor. Called serviceman & he adjusted the front feet but I still find drops of water on floor when the door is opened after the cycle is complete. The rubber seal on the door opening “should” catch any water left on the door but it does not. I read most of the reviews on this washer but did not read anything about this particular issue. Solidly built so it’s very quiet during the entire cycle without any noticeable vibration.

I did extensive research online before choosing a washing machine. Ended up going with this model and couldn’t be happier. It’s quiet, efficient, and does a great job getting clothes clean

Hesitant to not get a top loader due to stories of the spring breaking in front loaders. Overall I have been very happy with the purchase and haven’t had any issues

This washer is replacing a Samsung we have had for 3 years. I can honestly say this one does a remarkable job on the heavier loads than any washer we have had in the past.

Went in to purchase a different washer but found this on the floor as an open box. All it had was a dent on the side. Purchased it for half the price and have been very pleased with it's performance.

We bought this to replace our old LG front loading washer. That one lasted about 10 years we got purchasing advice from Consumer Reports and The Wirecutter. The washer does a nice job. It vibrates less than our old one, so we like that. We paid a little extra for the steam wash capability, but we haven’t tried that yet. It has more controls and settings than our old LG washer, and they are not as clearly marked as on the old machine. We were not looking for a larger washer, but this one is much bigger capacity than our old one. We don’t have to do laundry as often. Same size on the outside so it fits in the same space. I like that it has a drain on the gasket, so it won’t accumulate water and generate mold.

We bought this to replace our 5 year old GE top load washer that started to fall apart. First impression was that the build quality of this washer was significantly better than the GE when it was new. The controls are simple and intuitive. The steam function is fantastic - I use it on whites and they do seem to come out cleaner. I do especially like the high speed spin function of this washer because since we bought it and have been using this feature, the dryer has been working less and requiring less time to dry clothes.

I really like the new washer and have no complaints on the outcome of the washes. It takes very little laundry detergent. However, with the new set up, we are getting a surge from the water coming into the machine which was explained as hammer pressure. We had a surge suppressor installed and it is better but still occurs. The other thing that I have noticed is that the hose for cleaning the filter is not as long as it shows in the directions. I recommend this washer but advise to be aware of these two things.

Has a lot of features and runs quietly and smoothly. However I've really only used it to just wash clothes with the permanent press cycle. Seems to be very energy and resource efficient.

Went back and forth on a couple front loaders and decided on this one. Turbo wash washes well and so fast!

Love the look, the style and the quietness. The dials are lit up but the choices around the dial isn't which is hard to read sometimes.
