The machine has been great so far. The delivery had issues, and it came damaged, but after fixing it the machine cleans all my clothes well in a decent amount of time.

This is a great machine. It is quiet and easy to work yet technologically advanced. Don’t need the extra double washer etc. This machine is great value for the money.

Before purchasing we saw some negative comments abou this product online. But we have use it for six months, and no issues so far and we are pretty happy with it.

I am pleased with the product, so far. It’s a bit early to say more, as it’s only been a couple of weeks since I received it. I do like it’s features and performance , to date.

Bought this to replace my older version of the same model, which lasted almost 10 years. Color matches the dryer so I didn't have to replace that yet. Lots of options for wash cycles. But the best feature is that the wash cycles are not hours long! Some of the front loaders wash for 2 hours! The standard cycle I use is 45 minutes. Only issue is you have to wipe down the door and gasket after each wash to prevent that mildew smell. Also you must leave the door open for drying out. Not a big deal if you make it your routine.

Really love the new washer and all the adaptability that it has. Many different cycles and settings to make sure I get it just right. Also, super quiet - barely know it's running!

Washer and Dryers now are so expensive. Needless to say, there was a great deal of research that went into this purchase. This washer is incredibly quiet and so far appears to be a quality machine! Steam cycle is great and we notice the difference!

So happy with this machine. Has a large capacity but good for small loads too. Love the fast wash cycle that only takes 15 minutes - great when you have to do a quick load!

LG had the best reviews and warranty hands down so we bought this set on a recommendation from the best buy salesman. They are great. So quiet and seem to get clothes cleaner in my opinion.

Washer is fine. I like the feature that holds the front load door slightly open to prevent the buildup of mold, which is a problem with front loads.. Lots of features

This is the quietest front loading washer that we've ever had. I can't believe how quite the spin cycle is. I would recommend this washer to anyone who is looking to buy a new washer.

The clothes come out very clean, there are a bunch of different cycles to choose from, and is also extremely quiet; I can barely hear when it's running. I would buy again!

Bought this washer at Best Buy after reading Consumer Reports and online reviews - I've got nothing but positive comments for the washer and the service. It does a great job of washing clothes. We have not experienced any issues and are very happy with the purchase. Best Buy's customer service was excellent. The unit went on sale within a week of our purchase and we received a price match with no issues. We found a dent in the first washer at delivery and, again, we had no issues in getting a replacement unit. I'm very glad I bought this washer - and very glad I bought it from Best Buy. Their service was outstanding!

I love the machine. It is not as deep as some others (Samsung, etc) which is important to us as our space does not allow it to stick out really far. Very happy with it as it has a sanitize option along with all the other options.....many you would probably never use. Beautiful color!!! I like that it has a device that allows for the door to remain cracked a bit to allow air to circulate so you don't get that musty smell that some front load washers develop. LOVE IT!!!

I'm a big believer in washing your bed sheets everyday when you're sick, and this machine has a sanitary mode that will heat the water up to 147 degrees to make sure that it kills any bacteria or virus. I like the turbo wash, and cold wash features too. I like how energy efficient it is, and that it uses less water than a top load washer. Only thing I don't like is that to use the download cycle feature it requires an Android phone, it doesn't work with iPhone but I doubt I'd ever really use the download feature, but as a techy guy I still want to have the capability to use it on my iPhone.

This is a nice washer with a lot of options. This is quite and also very effective. Pre wash and turbo wash are good in LG

purchased this washing machine and connection products along with pedestal stand to match the same brand name dryer we bought last year. First washer had a leak. Notified Best Buy and they brought another brand new washer, same brand, same model, installed all of and had absolutely no problems since. Great washer. Purchased Best Buy warranty protection that from my perspective needs a little reconsideration. As I said we got a brand new washer but before all was said and done we had to wait about 10 days without one. Slow, but certain. Not cure the extra expense for the extended warranty is worth the cost. But, LG is a great brand!

This washer does more than I imagined. Not only does it seem to get the clothes cleaner it can do super fast. With the Turbo Wash, I can wash and dry a load under an hour.

I have 2 homes; one with a new Samsung washer & dryer and my other home has my LG washer & dryer. While my Samsung units get the job done, I absolutely love my LG products!

Our new LG washer is great. Has settings that we need and gets our clothes clean. Settings are very intuitive and allows us options in how we wash our clothes.
