Bought this as a pair, this is the best washer hands down that I have ever owned or used

Although the washer door was scratched by the delivery person, the Machine has been working fine. Best Buy did compensate me for the scratch on the door.

Very efficient and simple to work. Clothes are clean and not excessively wet. Outstanding!

The features of this washer are great. I especially like that notch that allows the front loading door to rest in the open position to dry out, but still look like it's closed. However, I do have a few complaints. The pod type of detergent don't do well in this washer, as many clothes come back with the pod material on them--easily fixable by using liquid detergent. The second complaint is that it is difficult to level. I had professional installation of both the pedestal and the washer and there was a loud banging noise on the spin cycle that shook the house and was heard across the house. I used the wrench provided to level the front legs, which eliminated the horrible banging, but it's still off. In order to get it completely level, I will have to completely disconnect and pull out from the wall to level both the pedestal and washer, as it is in tight quarters with the sink on one side and the dryer on the other.

Love it. Specially the speed dry. It's quite. Easy to clean. Clothes get clean.

This is my first front load washer. I actually bought it after reading and being told front load washers get your clothes cleaner. I haven’t notice a difference in that so far. It does use less water. The steam function is great but almost doubles the washing time. No issues with mold or odors. You can just keep the door open. It has a door catch the holds the door open but it looks like it’s closed.

The setup was great modern color and all the settings to match very quiet and easy to operate!

I really like the large capacity of this washer - great for large loads from the family.

I owned an LG washer before I moved - then suffered 4 years without one. LG makes a great product - The capacity is great for quilts or heavy work clothes. I often use the allergen or white settings - and my clothes come out perfectly. The family especially enjoys the little "cycle's done" song - We call it the "singing washer." I have owned many washers in my day, but am glad to come home to LG.
