We have had an LG washer for 14 years and just replaced it with this one - love it so far. Especially the pre-wash function. Having kids and pets it gives that extra cleaning. Also researching other washers they don't have pre-wash dispenser where you'd have the option to add extra soap

It takes way less time than one without turbo. It makes less sound than any of my previous washers. I loved the product.

It was great to buy this and the washer as a set. I wanted to refresh the way my laundry area looked and modernize the appliances. Success on both! For a family with a lot of laundry, this is a great washer. I didn't get the bottom washer add-on as I wanted to install cabinets above the washer and didn't have the space. Love my new laundry area!

The washer is a quiet running machine that cleans clothes great.Sometimes they seem a liitle wetter than my older machine.

I bought this washer because of the turbo wash and the good reviews. It has not disappointed. Wash cycles are efficient and leave the clothes smelling, looking, and feeling clean. This was a upgrade from my 10 year old LG washer. The musical tones are amusing--for the first 20 times, but this would not stop me from buying LG products,

We like our new LG Washer. This is our first front load machine. We purchased the pedestals also because when we were shopping, the wife noticed that height of washer and dryer on pedestals is a lot easier getting clothes into then the top load machines. We weren't even in the market for a front load until then. We are using much less water also.

Upgraded from the older model LG. Works great and is quiet

I had to finally replace my 18 year old washer. I did quite a bit of research on what's the best reliable washer of 2018. I hope I picked correctly -time will tell. However I have to say the salesmen who helped at Best Buy store have all been awesome, from sales, delivery men and my call with questions have been so nice and helpful.

I love the washer. I really like all the different features. The speed was has been helpful, done in 15 minutes.
