Great washer so far. Uses a lot less water and a lot less noise than our previous old traditional style washer. Have the matching dryer stacked on top of it with no issues. The drain filter at the bottom front very easy to clean when needed. Have checked it after a few weeks and didn't need to be cleaned yet. It looks good too!

Extremely satisfied with the efficiency of time saved & water usage. Has plenty of wash options especially having the steam option. Gentle on clothing which is perfect for delicates & less on dry cleaning & utilities! Recommend LG pedestals to bring it to a more comfortable level. Shakes a lot with DIY pedestals.

I'm a big fan of LG appliances and this washer lives up to my expectations. Lots of options and needs very little detergent. I also don't run into the "smelly" issues I've heard from others who own different brands. The door automatically latches to allow it to air out between washings. Love this washer!

Looks good, decent washer. Lots of features but you probably won't use most of them. Cleans well.

We had a washer we bought at Best Buy and we bought the extended warranty. When our top load washer broke down and the service technician couldn't fix it we were able to get a new washer and we got this washer which cleans exceedingly well and half the time of our other washer we use to have. Highly recommend this one.

I just can't say enough great things about this washer. It's relatively quiet, many great options re: cycles, nice chimes to let you know when it's finished, and overall a great design. Nicely done LG, and thanks Best Buy for the great product and service.

Very nice washer with good cleaning ability. However, our washer experiences significant vibration at medium spin speed. Vibration smooths out at higher speed. Best Buy and LG say it is normal but we are still concerned about it. Also, the amount of water that needs to be drained at bottom of washer is significant. Sales person said the amount of water would be small but not true, it should be drained after every other wash.

This washing machine is Devine. I love how it gets the clothes really clean, and how quickly the load is finished if your don' t overload the machine. The spin cycle does a great job and the drying time is faster because the clothes don't come out too wet. I also love the capacity of the washer. This is a great machine

It’s the largest drum with the least depth. It is very quiet and easy to navigate settings.

Bought this dryer to match the washer I bought last year. Works great and I have no complaints.

I was at first intimidated by this washer and its electronics. It's really very straightforward. I've had it for several weeks now, and it cleans like a charm. I am REALLY pleased. I've had a top load for years. I think switching to a front load makes sense and am impressed with the wash cycle!

Did a lot of research before purchasing this Washer. It has excelled at all the settings and we love it. It replaced a 15year old washer, same brand. Had trouble with mildew in the old washer, but the new design with magnetic catch and drain holes in gasket completely eliminated the problem.
