LG has 2 spray jets called Turbo Wash so the clothes get completely wet and a little more water is actually seen compared to the Samsung front loader that I returned. The best washer for very soiled clothes is still going to be one with an agitator but, this does very good for a front loader.

My husband set his cup of coffee on the washer while I was at top spin speed, and there was no vibration. Plus this washer is very quiet. We like it very much. Plus, the graphite color is very cool.

I haven't had the washer/dryer set for very long but so far they seem to work well. I do like the speed wash cycle for lightly soiled laundry. If I understood correctly, the speed wash could be used for more than just lightly soiled items but that's the only thing I would use it for.

I’m so in Love with my LG washer. I switched from Samsung which is a good brand but just so glad I switched. The only thing I don’t like is the download setting which I’m not techy at all and not interested in downloading them. I wish there were other settings already on there.

We had a previous version of this unit but had sold them with our house as part of the offer. We didn't hesitate to go right back to a LG washer and dryer. Very simple operation and as quiet as any front loader that we have seen. Haven't used the WiFi app just yet but it sounds like a great feature!

I haven't used this much as I just got it installed in my new house but it looks awesome. I read dozens of reviews, both professional and people like us and I know what I am getting with this washer. As long as it's reliable like I have read I should enjoy it for years to come!

Initial loads have gone very well. Too early to know how the washer will perform.

All the different cycles and it lights up,very quiet when washing your clothes.

I like all features I've used so far, but I bought it for a one level condo hoping it would be quieter then the previously owned 10 year old washer/dryer combo. It is somewhat but wish they could be better. When loaded fully, the spin cycle can be quite loud with thunking. The water filling is loud too.

With the new digital era, the wash time for normal cycle is almost 65 mins to 90 mins. This particular washer has a option of quick wash for 20 mins and also could detect bye weight of the load how much water and time is need so you save time and money.

We have had LG washers/dryers in past and were happy so bought a newer set.

Had to buy a new washer because my old one broke down. Decided to keep my dryer, but wanted to purchase a washer with the dryer in mind. This was one of the only combos with high reviews that met the depth requirements that I had.

My wife and I purchased this washer for our new home but will not be moving in for a few more months. For this reason, I can only comment on the delivery process and looks of the washer. Both were great; love the graphite steel look.

I bought this at the same time I purchased the companion dryer and both work beautifully. The washer cycles are just soooo convenient and each cycle is perfect for whatever it is that its suggested for, e.g., whites, permanent press, etc.

Prior to visiting Best Buy, I researched washing machines through various sources. Best Buy rep confirmed my choice of the LG unit. Totally satisfied with the Best Buy experience...no pressure, fair price, great installation and very happy with the washer

I love this washer. Its so quiet, I can hardly hear it, even on the spin cycle. Gets all my clothes clean. I can do large load too, and it all gets clean. Didnt think I would use the steam as much as I do. I just love it.
