This is my first LG product. Very easy to use and our clothes come out very clean. Also, the machine is VERY quiet. My laundry room is on the second floor right above the living room. Unless I mute the TV, I can't hear it running. Especially during spin cycle. I can't believe how you cannot feel it vibrate at all during the spin cycle. Well worth the money.

We have been happy with the washer so far, it does have a quick wash that we utilize often which only takes like 15 minutes!

First couple of runs it was shaking like crazy. I messed with legs to try and reduce the vibrations.... Wasn't hard and did the trick. Still has some minimal vibration but not bad considering how fast this thing is spinning.

I would recommend having the pedestal so that it is at a good working height. We have only ran 3 loads but happily surprised that it has a quick wash cycle of 15 minutes!

I absolutely am so pleased with the LG washer we recently purchased. We are new members of the LG family and will be for other appliances to come. Great machine.

This was recommended by a salesperson at Best Buy. I am pretty happy with the purchase so far. All the functions are pretty straightforward. My only complaint is that it tend to shake when there's a bulk load but it might be that I need a base.

I did my research. Consumer Reports Recommended this Washer as a Best Buy. Scoring just one point less than much more expensive ones. Best Buy had it for the best price!

I’ve used every setting on this washer in less than a week and I must say this washer beats every washer out there. I barely hear it functioning it’s so good.

Second LG washer. The first one lasted about 12 years before the board went out. This is pretty much the same washer with improved keypad. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is this one does not have a tub light.

I love the large capacity of this washing machine. It can handle a large load of towels or jeans or a comforter. If I'm in a hurry, the Speed Wash is great!

This is a wonderful washer. With 12 different settings there is no guess work when washing clothes. I also like the happy tune it plays to tell u your clothes are done.

I wanted to finally get a front loading machine. The only flaw is that water collects on the rubber seal so you have to dry it after you wash. You also need to wipe down the door after your last wash. Everything else is great about this washer!

A very sophisticated washer.takes some getting use to.can handle large loads.however it takes some time to balance the load and uses very little water and must use the latest detergents.

This washer is great. It’s easy for delicates, the allergiene setting is great for bedding, and the heavy duty cycle actually gets heavy dirt out.

This is a great machine for the price. I wasn’t sold on front loafers, having heard bad things. Haven’t had any problems l, everything’s fantastic!

10 loads so far. Regular loads using turbo washed in about 30 minutes and appeared very clean. Towel loads have suds on the door and gasket after load complete. May start using second rinse on those loads. Sheets on heavy duty done will with the super spin. The plastic detergent drawer is hard to remove the bleach and fabric softner cups to dry off. The drain and lint filter door seems like it wont last and the lint filter is super difficult to unscrew. I am concerned when a wrench is required to unscrew an item made of plastic. I hope that wing nut last. I am actually unsure that I will recommend at this time.

This washer has so many options it can be overwhelming but once you start to familiarize yourself with them it actually makes it quick and easy to use.
