My original front loader died after 11 years. I asked the repairman what he would buy. Without hesitation, he said LG. Researched the choices, found this deal at Best Buy and pounced on it. Had not realized what a poor job my old washer was doing. The clothes are brighter and the ease of use is wonderful.

So far I loovvee this washing machine. I replaced a whirlpool that only last 2 years & before that I had a maytag that last about 3 years. I am hoping this one outdoes them both. This washer is nice, everything about it. It has lots of settings. It plays music when done washing. It washes clothes very well.

Certainly cleans better than my top-loader! At least all the clothes get wet! Some lint remains on dark clothing but far less then my previous washer. I'm still getting used to it. I'm 5 ft 6 inches tall and it seems I have to bend over too much to get the clothes out even with the washer on a pedestal.

Bought this in panic mode (2:00 am) as our current unit started holding water and not washing properly. Our previous unit was same brand just a little older- +-8 years old. A little on the expensive side but what isn't these days. Does a good job, lots of options/features.

After literally months of research, finally decided on this washer. It replaced a 15 heard old Sears top loader on its last leg. While older front loaders have been known to have odors after months of use, I can say after 7 months of steady usage, this unit smells fresh as the day I bought it. There is a clever magnetic catch that allows one to leave the door open just slightly for moisture to escape after each load. Also, it reminds you when to use "Affresh" every few months to perform a self-clean. The unit itself runs much quieter than my trusty Sears, and actually does a phenomenal job on getting whites white without bleach. I use just plain old Tide High Efficiency liquid soap. It also plays a mellow "song" when done as opposed to loud buzzer. Highly recommend.

Did a lot of looking and I am glad we took this one. The LG is quiet fast and easy to use. Towels come out almost dry,and machine is easy on water and soap. Your love the quick wash cycle . I highly recommend this product,it was priced right we hope to have lots of good years .

I love my lg washing machine. Its quiet and energy efficient. It washes the clothes in less than an hr. Laundry doesn't take all day like it use to with my old machines. It has a built in filter that prevents the lint from clogging up your plumbing. I would say it money well spent!

Performance of the product is flawless. A full featured appliance choice. The entire Best Buy team performed with excellence in all aspects of the purchase, delivery and service. A Great Job! Please, ask again later for post install photo, when I'll have the wall cabinets installed.

We have had the washer for about a month and have been very happy with it. It is quieter and runs a faster typical wash cycle then our previous washer. We have only used the mini-washer once (just to try it out), but it may prove useful for the occasional quick wash need.

We had a really tight spot to fit the stacked washer and dryer and this LG pair were about the only full-size that would. Washer has such quick cycles compared to our last washer that it seems done faster than you would expect. Quiet and low vibration, this is a very nice washer.

I had to replace a Samsung washer that was having problems with a leak and this LG was the obvious choice. I looked at so many and this had all the features without going overboard or be limited to few programs. So far I love it. It is fast, quiet, with plenty of options.

This washer is the nicest looking washer I ever had and the optional pedestals complete the package even more so. The washer works great with many features and cycles. I only had it a couple of weeks so let’s hope it lasts for many years to come.

When we had to replace our LG dryer it made sense to replace the washer too since they were both ten years old and stacked. We weren't expecting the new washer to be much different but were surprised to find it washed clothes in half the time and got them cleaner too. Very happy.

LG makes another great washer, steam wash, pre wash, easy controls. Added feature my last front loader didn’t have is the door won’t fully close unless you physically force it. This is necessary or the inside seal will mold quickly (a downside to the front loaders).

The cycles are pretty fast and my clothes come out clean and in good condition. The lighted panel is a little hard to read if you don't look right at it. Definitely need a pedastal to fit a basket below the door when opening and closing.

I love this washer the noise is not bad at all. It washes real good and I love the sensor it has to check how much water and time is needed depending on the size of the load.

I had my previous washer for over 15 years and decided to upgrade. I did research and chose this model. It is very versatile and has many options that I’m becoming familiar with. It is fast, efficient and cost saving. I highly recommend it.

3rd week, so far so good. Have done a load, every nite so far. Machine is very quiet, spin cycle, balances very well. The clothes come out practically dry, definitely less time drying.

love this washer easy to use and cleans so well...

Overall a fine fully featured washing machine. This replaces an 6 year LG that was very similar. The old one died when the bearing burned out. I hope this one does better. Takes a long time to wash and is noisy when spins. Does a great job of cleaning.
