Takes a bit of getting used. My old washer was touch screen and pre-sets for clothing types which this one does not. Watching your wash was pretty cool through the glass top. The large capacity bucket was great. It never seems that we have enough clothes to fill it up.

Easy to use, economic and saves you money wtih the electricity

Excellent Washer! The drum is huge, Big loads that use to fill m regular washer, now don't even fill 1/2 way on this one. Best feature is the auto load detection and how the total wash time will adjust based on the load and soil level selected. LG only makes one other washer with a bigger drum and I can't imagine a drum bigger then this one.

A complete change from the agitator in center of wash drum to the fast centrifugal drum. It wiil take a while to get the settings arranged to achieve max benefits from machine loads.

For a basic Blu Ray player, this unit works quite well.

Are washing machine broke on Saturday, We needed one now! We found a scatch and dent with a small dent in front. Washing machine works great. Customer service at the store was terrible. Had to look all over store for a associate.

This machine is great for washing clothes. It uses less water & requires less soap & yet produces cleaner clothes in a shorter time. It is simple to operate or user friendly. And the thing I like the best is it is "quiet" when running.

Have been through multiple newer machines. It's only been a few weeks but my wife loves it! Huge tub and the ability to add extra water when u want are two points she keeps talking about. Will update if things change.

life is good since I bought another l g washer. this new one has a delicate cycle and it works just great on panties and bra's. would buy another l g if needed ! I checked around and best buy was the best price !

This washer has been awesome so far. All the settings that we were looking for and then some. One caveat is that it is a deep washer that if you are on the shorter side it can be difficult to reach the bottom.

I was excited about the large size of this drum on the washer. Excited to see how clean the clothes come out. Comforters fit, blankets wash without a problem.

This washer is AMAZING! It is so spacious, I can fit so much in just one cycle. Only complaint is the huge amount of setting options, which is actually a good thing. I just first have to figure them all out!

I have had this washer for 3 months now. I do an average of 4 loads a week. This washer has worked well for me. I like having a detergent dispenser and I like the fact that it has a tub clean cycle too.

The dryer appears to have a sensor that can tell whether the clothes are dried or not. So the time sets for may be shorter or slightly longer according to the thickness of the clothing. It is amazing.

Outstanding washing machine. I was skeptical at first. I thought how can this machine wash clothing with no agitator in the middle. It not only cleans wash but it's super quit too. Love love it.

Dryer had to be replaced so decided to buy set and I am so glad I did! Love the various setting options. Clothes are clean and like that I can clean the dispensers by removing them. The bleach dispenser doesn't empty completely which is the only negative I have encountered.

Best washer we've ever had, didn't want a front load because of problems with door gaskets

I was a little hesitant about purchasing LG since I have always been a Maytag guy but this purchase turned out to be a great decision.

Cleans really well, I would have given it an excellent rating if the top didn't lock, this makes it difficult to add clothes if you forgot something once the washer starts its cycle.

This has all the options you need to wash clothes! I love the open tub design that washes the clothes without tangling them or tear them that center agitators do.
