    I bought two of these and unfortunetly it seems one of them has a dead pixel. I also noticed it about a month after my return date. Be careful!

    I’m sure the monitor would have been great, had it not been delivered with a sketchy company. If your order says it’s being delivered by Roadie don’t expect it to show up, or customer service to be of much help. (Side note I do own older generation of this monitor that has been fantastic for gaming)

    Great monitor but has limitations

    Overall it’s a great monitor. However, they should state that it’s either 120hz or HDR through HDMI because of bandwidth limitations. I ended returning mine and got a G70A 4K120 monitor instead with 2.1 HDMI which allows 120hz and HDR together.

    Great monitor, but having an issue turning off the monitor now. About 1/3 of the time the monitor refuse to turn off unless I unplug it. Need to contact LG and see what is the issue and hopefully they can fix or replace it.

    I bought the original one on June 2 2024 and had to return it for a dead pixel on June 22, 2024. The replacement has a dead pixel as of June 24, 2024. I will not be buying a LG monitor anytime soon

    Open-box "Excellent" hoax

    Can't write a review for the product since the box I picked up at a local Bestbuy store is missing the power adapter hence not turning on. I contacted the Bestbuy customer service through webchat, and was told to ask a local store for extra accessory. I called the local store number but was connected to a some kind of customer service center, not the store. Then I was told that they couldn't check the inventory of the local store and I had to physically go to the store. Also, I was told that an open-box item sometimes have missing accessroies. I explained that the one I bought was categorized as an "Excellen" condition, and should have included all accessories, but they just apologized and didn't resolve anything. Now I have to drive to the store to return this.

    AVOID THIS MONITOR - random black screen

    The monitor randomly goes blank using certain programs making it completley unusable. It's on random programs like photoshop and indesign, but Adobe AI is fine? Also discord and a few other random programs make this monitor constantly flicker black making it UNUASABLE. I've tried every fix under the sun. Different cords, driver install, uninstall, reinstall. I've messed with every setting there is an no help. I'm not the only one with this issue. Unfortunately i've had this monitor for too long now to get my money back, best I can do is warn you all and hope you avoid my experience. This is my first LG monitor and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Like I said, this monitor is NOT USABLE. It's now and expensive paperweight.
