Don't buy it. Menu button will stop working.

After about 2 hours of being on, the menu button stops working. I can't get to the OSD (on-screen display) I can't change settings or turn it off. I took it back and exchanged it, had to pay for the insurance a 2nd time, and now the same monitor is doing the same thing again. Don't buy it.

started flickering randomly after only 5 months.

But started flickering after only a 4 or 5 months, and getting worse. I hope I can get it replaced by LG. Let then a year, and constant problems. Bummer.

Luck if the draw

I bought the 32 inch version of this monitor. Got home and set it up to find a single dead pixel right in the center of the screen. Returned and downsized to the 27inch version. Panel was fine for about a month. Now it has 3 dead pixels across the screen. I guess it's luck of the draw with any monitor but I've had nothing but disappointment from any LG product I've ever owned.

NO AUDIO BUILT IN!!

Terrible Backlight Bleed Makes It Unusable

Two units, and both had backlight bleed so bad it was visible in Windows. Dont waste your money all the nifty gamer features and claims of color accuracy are for naught when the manufacturer can’t even light the monitor properly.

Poor quality panels, light bleed and stuck pixels

To elaborate more, the 32 inch version of this nano ips monitor suffers from the same issue. The corners of both models have terrible light bleed and lots of issues with stuck pixels. At $499 for the 32 inch and $399 sale price for the 27 inch, it’s totally unacceptable to have this much light bleed. As usual LG puts out cheap junk at premium prices and then Bestbuy has no issue reselling it as open box instead of properly returning it to LG for being defective with poor quality control. I’m honestly about to start buying elsewhere.

Poor quality

I was having to unplug the monitor for the screen to turn off. I returned it and decided to give LG another chance. The second model I received literally has been turning off randomly than back on during gameplay on warzone and destiny. Never seen that before. Happens every couple minutes. I am returning this one and waiting for my Alienware to come in. If your a Pc competitive gamer stay away from this monitor.

AVOID

Ridiculous. Now I have to go through manufacture warranty. Best Buy needs to do at least a 30 day return policy.

It’s alright.

Good video bad hardware

Horrible bleed snd dark levels

Regret purchasing with Best Buy and item quality

Overscan
