Horrible longevity

It’s not my pc because I plugged in my old monitor and it worked just fine. When it worked it was great, but 1 month use before it breaks is unacceptable.

Best Buy has a horrible return policy

More disappointed in store than the product because I did not get to use it as I had to return it.

Great buy for Next Gen Console and PC

Bought this monitor for a dual purpose setup and it does everything i need. I would highly recommend it. Xbox Series X - it can run up to 4K but at 60hz via HDMI 2.0. I am currently running it at 1440p @ 120hz since its the sweet spot. Adaptive sync is on Extended and allows Variable Refresh Rate. HDR is on but leaves much more to be desired. Just set your Series X or S to Auto-Detect and it should enable all features. No need for Manual Override. PC w/ RTX 2070 - connected with the supplied DisplayPort 1.4 cable, it achieves 2560x1440 QHD @ 165hz max. This monitor is NOT overclockable. With my RTX2070/i7 8700, I was able to average 150fps on Medium Settings for Apex Legends. The game ran extremely smooth with no tearing with Nvidia G-Sync turned on. For those with Radeon GPUs, this monitor does support FreeSync Premium as well.

The settings allowed me to dial it in to not bother my eyes as much as previous displays have. Colors appear mostly true when using AdobeCC apps and the sharpness is good. Blacks are certainly not the darkest but the difference is usually not distracting. The degree of vertical movement and tilt has been nice. Sometimes I have to connect a laptop and it stands high enough to clear the top edge of the laptop's screen.

They said it was just a 'little tiny bit' less 'blackness' (whatever that means..i likened it to the fact that I prefer plasma tvs because of depth perception in color black) than the ones they currently have, but those were over $1K each. Remember you need a good CPU to run it. We're doing triple monitors over here so the 1K still takes center stage (because of the color depth) but again, this rocks, and still has great depth regardless.

Definitely worth it for Xbox Series X/S and PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For several months now, since the launch of the new console I was debating on whether I should get this or if I should wait it out for the GP950, which has HDMI 2.1 for 4K and up to 120fps. In the end, I made the decision to get this for half the cost of the GP950. I have the Xbox Series X, so I am more than satisfied with having native 1440p at 120fps as an option. The colors are great and most importantly, if you're a competitive gamer, you're better off with FPS rather than visual 4K. For me to spend $899 for just 4K, it wasn't worth it. And especially since there aren't a lot of titles yet that natively have 4K at 120fps locked. If you are a PS5 owner, I would not recommend this as you do not have 1440p resolution as an option. Unless you're fine with 1080p or have an upscaled version. I highly recommend this monitor for the price and quality for PC and Xbox Series X/S gamers.
