Wow besbuy, pathetic I'm done buying form bestbuy a will be telling all my viewers an people on the forums to never buy from this store. You’ve Become just like the rest of them good job. Obsolete! Too everyone do not use bestbuy anymore, prices are fake a raised for sales so when they have the sale they dont actually lose any money on sale they still make money off you. This has to stop!!! Price hike for no reason. Garbage

Screen flickering

Black lines popping up

I cannot return it. Everything else is good, but it just does not seem like it is the most reliable.

4 year return policy for this one!

Already opened but repackaged and sold as new

Seemed like someone had already opened the monitor then returned it. Luckily, nothing was wrong with the monitor, but still odd that this would be sold like new

Unresponsive controls

The only issue I have is the monitor controls stop working and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to shut it off. I’ve tried messing settings and just can’t get it to not do this

Ridiculous staff is clueless

They have not even shipped, not one person can help me or knows what’s going it’s pathetic and I hope they improve their practices for the sake of the future of this company.

i'm disappointed in you best buy
