This has been an amazing monitor. Between working from home on excel or gaming, the increase in size from my laptop 1080p screen is much better than I could've imagined. While it's not an OLED, the picture quality and color contrasts are quite good. The best part has been GYNC and the fact it's a VRR display. Frame rate drops in games rarely result in me noticing anything. Screen tearing is truly a thing of the past with this monitor. The only con is that there's not USB ports in the back. Would like to charge my iPhone sometimes but cannot do so.

The interface for switching inputs and adjusting the settings is setup in a way I hyperextend and hurt my fingertips every time. Other than that it has great color, responsiveness, construction and size.

Purchased for use as a primary gaming monitor. Having used an LG TV for several years I had high expectations for this monitor and it lived up to them. While it isn't an OLED display the contrast and color clarity are exceptional highlight distinct layers of shadow while also providing stunning brights and highlights without washing out detail.

Adjusting the monitor's height, tilt, and swivel is easy, allowing for a comfortable viewing angle. The connectivity options are generous, including multiple HDMI and DisplayPort inputs, making it simple to connect various devices. However, a few issues have held me back from awarding a full 5 stars. Firstly, the menu navigation and settings can be a bit confusing initially. It took some time to figure out how to access certain features and adjust specific settings. Additionally, the HDR performance, while good, doesn't quite reach the level of more premium HDR monitors. The peak brightness could be higher, and sometimes the HDR effect feels a bit subdued. Lastly, while the build quality is generally solid, the stand could be sturdier. There's a slight wobble when adjusting the monitor's position, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to achieve the perfect angle. In conclusion, the LG UltraGear 27” Nano IPS QHD monitor is an excellent choice for gamers and professionals alike. Its stunning picture quality, G-SYNC compatibility, and HDR support offer an exceptional visual experience. Despite a few minor quirks like menu navigation, HDR performance, and stand stability, this monitor delivers on its promises and has greatly enhanced my computing and gaming setup. You can't go wrong with this monitor. Great color and good image quality with a resolution of 2560x1440p and navigating the menu to adjust your screen settings is simple to use. Been using this monitor paired with a RTX 3060. Only one negative thing I've had with this monitor is the stand. It's a good stand, but the feet stick out quite a bit. If you're looking to save some desk space, I suggest getting a monitor arm. Overall, it's the best bang for buck gaming monitor in my opinion. I like it so much, I just ordered a second monitor so that I can do more multi-tasking while I game.
