A good monitor when on Sale

For the sale price, it was a very good monitor. However, the newer model (27GR83Q) went on sale about a week after for slightly more, ~350. I tried both side by side and while the image quality on both were comparable, there was a lot more edge bleeding at the corners on this one. Also the base of the newer model has a slightly smaller depth profile allowing for most desktop space. If you have the extra funds, I would go for a newer model but if you can only afford this one, I would not recommend against it.

LG UltraGear 27" IPS Monitor

I have had one of these for a about 18 months and finally had the chance to get my second one for a dual monitor display setup. Great color for my picture and video editing purposes. Fast response time, I am not experiencing any delays while rendering. I would buy again without hesitation.

Gaming monitor

The stand makes it easier to slide up and down to adjust the height no issues with tilt

Settings on the monitor are easy to navigate, use, and understand. The stand for the monitor is good quality, easy to put together, and the swivel and monitor adjusting work very well. Has been great for FPS high frame rate titles, and story driven pretty games like BG3.

I happened to get it at the sale price of $350, which is a great price for this monitor. While the out of the box calibration leaves something to be desired, a quick search on RTINGS will leave your monitor with better color accuracy. I also picked up a ViewSonic XG270q which has similar specs but I found myself coming back to the LG as my main. Great monitor from a reputable company!

Awesome monitor but missing parts... Open-Box Item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased an "excellent condition" open-box item but it was missing the power cord - don't understand why associates still have a hard time assessing the condition of returned items, perhaps better training is needed. Product. Works great, stand is big but sturdy and can go up-down, tilt and set it in landscape or portrait. The refresh rate is superb. If you are planning on doing 4k gaming a better option is your PS5/Xbox and for PC gaming keep it as 1440p, just my humble opinion. Can't go wrong with this monitor. Enjoy!

Between working from home on excel or gaming, the increase in size from my laptop 1080p screen is much better than I could've imagined. While it's not an OLED, the picture quality and color contrasts are quite good. The best part has been GYNC and the fact it's a VRR display. Frame rate drops in games rarely result in me noticing anything. Screen tearing is truly a thing of the past with this monitor. The only con is that there's not USB ports in the back. Would like to charge my iPhone sometimes but cannot do so.
