While I was aiming for the full GP850-B, the GP83B has been a fantastic budget alternative. I purchased it on sale for $399, and it's been great so far. While it doesn't have all the bells and whistles (namely a rear USB hub, or the ability to alter certain presets), it's been fantastic. It's the same screen as the full GP850, is G-Sync compatible, and renders my games at that perfect balance of crisp and fluid that a 2K/165Hz screen provides, all with excellent contrast and color vibrancy. The only item is that, while supposedly being "Plug-and-play," you may need to visit the LG website to get the correct Drivers. It will still work without them, but once I realize Windows was using a Generic PnP Driver and manually updated it, it became far more responsive, and had less trouble using the provided feature set.

Amazing monitor for my PS5. Spider-Man 2 looks great and the retest rate is smooth for fighting and swinging around New York City.

I’ve been a 1080p guy since I got a 9800gt and finally I can say that 1440p is definitely worth it. I have multiple LG products and they never disappoint.

Initially when I set it all up I thought I had multiple stuck pixels when it turned out to be dust on the monitor screen. Coming from a VA panel to a Nano-IPS monitor is pretty amazing. Although the contrast ratio and blacks are greater on my AOC CQ27G2 there are so many aspects that I like about this monitor; the color accuracy is great, the response times are faster, and the fact that you can orientate the monitor is definitely a plus. The stand, although bulky, has a nice build quality and gives me a sense of security. I highly recommend getting this monitor, especially with the 4 year protection plan with Geek Squad because not everyone is gonna receive a perfect monitor.

Great for ps5 not too pricey gets the job done! Using it over a tv you can really get everything out of the ps5

For the price, this was an excellent purchase! Returned a previous monitor due to a manufacturer defect but am so glad I ended up with this, instead. Got it for my PS5 and, although it doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 inputs, this panel looks and plays great. If 2.1 inputs are a must, look elsewhere. If they’re not necessary, I highly recommend it!

Judging by other reviews I guess I got lucky with this monitor. I really like it. The picture quality is great, no dead pixels. LOVE the monitor stand, super easy to change the height and rotate. Wish all stands were like this one!

This monitor is great quality for a great price. Clarity and color contrast are great. High refresh rate is wonderful.

Great for 1440p gaming. The out of the box settings are weird and do not do this monitor justice so make sure that the first thing you do is to tweak the image and turn up the brightness. It has lots of options. Worth the price
