I've been using the LG 27-inch UltraGear monitor for two years, and it's been an absolute delight. With its 4k & 1440p resolution, along with 165Hz refresh rate, the visual quality is fantastic. Gaming on this monitor is a real pleasure, and it's become my favorite choice when traveling out of town. It's been reliable and offers a great gaming experience.

I really just needed a monitor for my gaming set up so I found the ultra gear to have the best specs for my needs. Didn't expect anything too special but I actually am really happy with the quality this monitor produces. So far the best 2k monitor I have used. Colors are great, Text looks sharp and offers multiple forms of customization settings for your liking! Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade from 1080p to 2k, night and day difference! Also has extra support for nvidia G-Sync monitors and makes things look even crispier!

Overall a solid monitor. Good response times. Good colors. I enjoy using it on my ps5 because it has gold colors. The only problem is when I use it on 1080p it brings up a resolution error. But overall a good monitor.

Amazing Monitor Replaced monitor that was a lot smaller with this one and I love it

The panel on these monitors are beautiful, smooth, perfect for gaming. However, the rest of the monitor is a disaster. Here are the cons that made me return these and consider the same panel that is sold by a competitor is a different package (S2721DGF). 1. The power brick is a joke: This monitor does not come with a traditional UL power cable. It comes with a power brick that's something along the lines of what you would see on a cheap Walmart appliance. The power brick is also at the head of cable. ie. Where it plugs into the wall or power strip or APC. The power brick WILL take up at least 3 other slots of your power strip or APC unless your sockets are aligned horizontally. Even if your power strip is horizontal, you won't be able to plug the adapters next to each other because they take up about 1.5x the space of a regular power socket. It's also incredibly flimsy, thin, and the power cable is EXTREMELY short. It may be 4 feet long at best. This is aggravated by point 2. 2. The ports: The ports of this monitor are located on the back of the screen and face outward toward the back. Unlike traditional monitors, which have ports facing downward, it makes things easier to plug in. That's about where the pros end. The power in port is extremely high on the monitor, which takes away about 6 inches of cable length from an already extremely short cable. This is specially an issue if you have a STANDING DESK. You cannot buy longer cables and you will have to resort to buying power cable extensions which because of the brick design, will fit and look incredibly awkward. 4. The stand: I don't even know what to say here. It manages to be extremely large and bulky but only has 3 small contact points. It wobbles the entire screen when you type. It belongs on a $99 monitor. 3. General build quality: Honestly, this is where the whole thing falls apart. This is, when not on sale, a $500+ monitor. Currently, it's $440~ depending on taxes. Aside from the panel, this doesn't feel like a premium monitor that demands that kind of price tag. The general build quality is ok. It uses cheap plastic everywhere. The button to control the menus sucks. The ports are flimsy and poorly placed.

Everything is as it should be. I guess my only minor grip is that it is pretty high, and you cannot adjust it to go lower. But honestly, that was in the description, and I just never considered how it would actually look. Regardless, it’s a great monitor, and I do not regret purchasing it at all. 

I got the first one and the colors are great and interface is great but the bottom left corner would glow white on dark images, exchanged it the next day, and the second one was worse, i was apprehensive about getting another LG product but saw this monitor and decided to give it a chance, this just solidified my opinion on LG products, and i will be exchanging it for another brand tomorrow

Monitor beautiful I can’t even lie to you feel really smooth when I’m gaming

I’ve had this monitor for about 8 months and I’ve been very happy with it. It was a nice upgrade from my previous monitor, looks great and have had no issues with it. My only very minor complaint is I don’t really like the joystick power/control and would prefer buttons.
