OLED… A WHOLE NEW WORLD
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Gaming on an OLED is a whole new experience! The speed, infinite contrast, and eye searing colors are just next level. OLED image quality is something you have to see in personal to really appreciate. The motion is so fast that images just appear incredibly clear. This monitor takes the cake. It doesnt get better than this. 27 inch is optimal for desktop gaming and provides very high pixel per inch. Everything about this monitor is future proof, HDR 1000, true hdmi 2.1 for 4k 120hz. Just a huge step above anything else out there. Ultimate gaming monitor! End of story.

Excellent Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally purchased a HP Omen 27qs and enjoyed it but decided to give the LG OLED monitor a try and immediately returned the HP Omen. Picture quality is excellent, colors are great, and blacks are deep as expected with OLED. I see people complain about the brightness but to me its bright enough. I use this monitor for work and playing on my PS5 and its plenty bright. HDR movies/tv shows could be brighter but still bright enough for you to enjoy. The fast response time has also made gaming much more enjoyable. Overall it’s a great monitor and I have no regrets on purchasing.

LG OLED MONITOR
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The 240Hz refresh rate combined with an OLED panel that has ~0.03ms Gray-to-Gray response time is about as fast as you can get right now. In fast-paced games (FPS, racing, etc.), motion looks fluid, input lag is very low, and ghosting is nearly nonexistent.

One of the best monitors EVER made.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.imagine the clarity of 240 fps with the rich colors and response time of an OLED. This monitor is one of the best to ever do it. Don't listen to the "its not bright enough" claims. After one trip through TFT Central's optimized settings, this panel has looked downright vibrant and elevated my play in competitive games. The HDR adds much more color to the monitor after calibration. I am in love with this monitor and perfectly paired with older GPUs and even the newest 4090. My only complaint is the lack of a nipple function. The remote you have to use with it is weird to access all settings but overall this monitor is extremely great. Be sure to price match with Amazon as they often have it under MSRP.

Second to None
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been going through the other reviews and I really can’t pinpoint the “issue” about brightness. I am not saying this monitor is the endgame of all gaming monitors, but it is a really close solution to being one. Unless you want to see the sun like the Samsung G8 (not a bad thing either, there is a personal preference for everyone and I enjoy that monitor too), finetune the color and OLED care settings to your liking and you should be solid.

Gets the job done
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Exactly what I needed. OLED at 27 inches. Perfect size for my desk. Sleek design, not using the stand myself but it's made of a nice metal material not plastic. HDR is great and 240hz is great when playing fps games.

Good but not Great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using this monitor for about a week now, came from the Samsung Neo G8 and the Asus XG27AQM. This OLED panel is amazing for gaming in FPS, the response times are so fast. The blacks are pitch black and the colors pop. Viewing angles are terrific from anywhere in the room. The screen however is dim, not too dim but it’s very dim yes. I have it side by side with the XG27AQM and there is an easy difference. The biggest downside though is the sub pixel layout, it does make text edges blurry and honestly might be a deal breaker. In OW2 you can notice this easily. I might return and get the Asus PG27AQN 360hz 1440p. Good monitor but not sure I can compromise for $999.

Very gamercentric and very gen 1 product
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off the monitor looks great. But while this monitor is marketed to gamers it's sad to see that there is really no entertainment preset on an OLED screen which is where movies and TV shine. The monitor is bright enough in a room with few windows it's not bright enough. The other issue is that there is no way to dim the RGB in the back so I just turn it off due to it being distracting. If you are willing to put up with a gen 1 product along with gen 1 pricing and all the issues go ahead and buy it if not then I would look else where

My perfect monitor
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is nothing I would change about this monitor. The picture is crips and clear with great colors and of course inky blacks. Not sure all the complaints about the screen being too dim, it’s perfectly normal to me. Maybe I’m used to OLED displays though since I have had an OLED tv for the past 5 years. This monitor out performs my LG OLED for sure. I’m mostly gaming in my PS5 and it looks great in HDR mode. SDR also looks great, I feel like you almost don’t even need HDR with an OLED display but it does look a little better in HDR mode, but honestly either mode looks amazing.

I Wish This Was Glossy...
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been gaming on Oleds since 2019 when the LG C9 dropped. From then on I could never go back. I hesitated to get this one with the main reason being the matte screen. I really wish the coating on this screen mimicked the LG oled TV's glossy screen. But to my surprise, the matte coating on this screen isn't very aggressive and the picture quality on games look absolutely beautiful. I'm still waiting for my end game monitor - a 32 inch 4k glossy oled 240hz hdr one. But for the mean time, this one is quite good.

LG OLED Ultragear
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sadly ended up returning this item. Refresh rate and quality is great but not worth the price. The nit rate drops significantly on majority white screens. I understand all OLEDs do this, although this was bad enough the screen looked grey. If it wasn't for the near $1000 price I woulda kept it, but I felt like it shouldn't have these drawbacks for the price.
