Great picture. Easy to use settings. The remote was weird at first but easily the easiest way to turn on and off or edit settings.

I’ve been using this monitor for the past month. I will say it’s probably the best looking monitor I’ve ever had. I’ve seen other reviews talking about text visibility and I haven’t had much issue because I only use this monitor for gaming and media. If you want the best response times I recommend turning G-sync or Free-sync off. I would also turn on the oled settings that prevent burn in. The remote is a bit weird I will say but it’s better than reaching behind or under the monitor to press through menus so it’s a plus for me.

Finally OLED display in a 27”. So far so good. Time will tell with any burn in. Hopefully Best Buy buyer protection will help if I need it. Only con so far is the price.

After upgrading from 1080p Monitor with terrible backlight bleed from 2015 i believe. Owning this monitor is a whole different level. I was deciding between this monitor or a ultrawide. But i have OCD so when it comes to playing games or watching a few shows from my desk i thought about having to deal with black borders with a ultra wide and also the fact that most games have non ultra wide cutscenes. i would recommend anyone to get this monitor whether you're on PC or Console. Heck if you have both pick one up.

Really like the speed of the display, the richness of the color, and the utility and simple design if the stand. Wish it had a bit more brightness by default and more picture adjustment options in HDR mode. For anyone out there who wants to increase the brightness, enable HDR and Auto-HDR, then move the SDR content brightness slider over to anout 50%, in the Gamer 2 profile. (Gamer 1 is more color accurate but i prefer the pop and slightly over saturated colors of Gamer 2)

I love this monitor! It is definitely a little dim as some complain about, but if you play in a darker space or have sensitive eyes- this is perfect. No issues with burn in or anything of the sort so far. Has worked reliably and is now my main monitor. Picture is incredible and I truly am blown away by OLED in comparison to VA or IPS.

I like this monitor a lot, the picture quality is great and with the pixels lighting up individually, the colors really pop out. I know a lot of people hate the fact that this screen isn't glossy, but tbh I don't notice it at all. My main gripe with this monitor is when I am in fullscreen for a game the monitor likes to change the refresh rate to 120hz. I have no idea why, but people are saying it's due to the monitor being compatible with PS5 4k 120hz. Eh whatever, it's a great monitor otherwise.

    LG OLED MONITOR

The 240Hz refresh rate combined with an OLED panel that has ~0.03ms Gray-to-Gray response time is about as fast as you can get right now. In fast-paced games (FPS, racing, etc.), motion looks fluid, input lag is very low, and ghosting is nearly nonexistent.

Screen looks beautiful when gaming, but it doesn't get very bright. If you are gaming in a brightly lit environment, it might be difficult to see what is on the screen. I game on the evening most of the time, and I use soft/warm light in my room - and so this screen is bright enough for my use case. Also, doesn't have a built-in speaker which is a bummer. The design of the monitor is nice though. HDMI 2.1 is a plus point.. would also love to see display port 2,1

This monitor at first glance as amazing specs, but is quickly unforgiven when its in use. Unfortunately, reviews are correct: this monitor does suffer from subpar brightness and screen vignette, both in SDR and HDR. You can slightly inprove this by going out of your way and buying an official LG service remote, and turning off some features in the service menu to eliminate the vignette. However, you shouldnt need to ever go out of your way with a monitor this expensive. Lastly, this monitor at lower frames does in fact suffer from ghosting. I read about this over at RTings but wasnt sure if I believed it. After testing it on 60FPS on blur test, it was clearly ghosting slightly compares to my IPS. This is due to the OLED pixels refreshing too quick for the frame. The ASUS variant of this monitor does not ghost and is brighter. I wouldnt recommend this monitor in its current state. You’re better off waiting until the next generation.

Hi, there. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback on the LG Monitor (27GR95QE-B) model. We appreciate your insights and understand your concern about a product that doesn't meet expectations, especially with such promising specifications.

Your points about brightness, screen vignette, and ghosting are valuable. It’s true that monitors at this price point should perform optimally without requiring additional adjustments or purchases, like a service remote. We are constantly working on improvements, and your feedback will certainly be noted for future developments.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. You can send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and our team would be happy to help. We appreciate your patience and hope you find a monitor that perfectly suits your needs soon. ^Juvy LG

Absolutely love it. The colors absolutely POP with this and especially when using HRD mode. Refresh rate is great and there are enough anti-burn in features built into the monitors software to help prevent the burn in from happening. I bought this as a used like new product and it was practically brand new for me. No pixels messed up or colors off. Also for anyone worried about text clarity, I'll say that I've noticed almost no difference myself.

This monitor is replacing a 27" VA curved panel I have and the OLED makes that VA look bad in comparison. Blacks are black and the viewing angles are superb! It isn't as bright, but it is very usable. I understand fully that LG is trying to protect themselves by limiting the brightness and having such a quick turn off time when nothing is displayed and I'm okay with that. I do have to say that there is a very minor issue with text clarity in programs like Word, Notepad and etc, but this issue is really only present in those types of programs. Games, videos, and websites all seem crystal clear. One other issue would be significant dimming on light (really just white screens) that slowly brighten and dim over time (it's kinda noticable, but I knew that this would be an issue going in) while you're viewing that type of content. You can barely notice it in games or video playback; just web browsing (which I don't recommend to avoid burn-in). LG has definitely made it more difficult to harm the panel, but I still have taken precautions to help mitigate it. I set my desktop icons to off, set background pictures to rotate out, taskbar to hide and screensaver after 5 minutes (the bubble one in Windows that has a mostly black screen to prevent excessive white light). It works flawlessly with my Xbox One Series X, Switch and PC and supports most features the Xbox has such as 2560x1440 resolution, 120hz refresh, HDR and all thanks to HDMI 2.1. PC supports all that plus the full 240hz refresh rate instead of the 120hz the Xbox is limited to. The remote is nice, but I kind of miss the joystick their other monitors have. You can use it without the remote, but it's super unintuitive...you're basically forced to use the remote out of convenience. I would recommend this ONLY if you understand OLED and know what you are getting into. One day, there will be OLED's pop without the limitations, but, for now, we have what we have.
