Great monitor I came from and hp omen 144 hz 24 inch monitor n its a night n day difference good for gaming and watching movies n show would highly recommend

I love the LG OLED's. I already own two LG C2 televisions and love them! I added this 27 inch display to my gaming PC and looks amazing! I really love the depth of color that OLED gives, and it's not too "dim" for me. Perfect.

What ever built in feature, that you can't turn off, that causes this EXTREME auto dimming on white backgrounds turning them dull grey is insane!!! You only need about 10-15% of the screen with a white image for the whole thing to dim muddy dull colors. The screen is already dim as is. I enjoyed the 240 fps but that auto dim and the matte coating on the screen kills this monitor. Returned for the alienware 34 in. 27in is my preferred choice for monitors but I was left no choice. If you need a dedicated hardcore fps monitor (literally ONLY playing competitive games no multimedia) and only care about frames and wants some oled color pop I'd recommend ONLY to you.

make sure you turn off the power saving mode. This makes it to where it constantly dims and brightens on its own. While gaming it is fantastic! Daily tasks such as office and web browsing its just ok as text has some blur... I cant wait for this tech to be available in 4k eventually.

Great monitor. Beautiful picture and form factor. Works great. Inputs are sufficient. I use it with a PC and MacBook via KVM switch and it’s perfect for me.

Screen quality is fantastic, and upgrade from 120 Hz refresh rate to the 240 Hz was a surpising difference. 10/10 would recommend, will be buying another to replace my secondary monitor asap.

Great looking monitor aesthetically and visually. Gameplay is smooth and beautiful. Brightness isnt an issue in rooms that arent flooded with light. This moniotor leans towards gaming rather than productivity which makes sense at this refresh rate and price.

140 hours in and I am very happy with the monitor. I don't have any issues with it but I will address a few of the problems I've heard about it from others. The brightness has been fine for me in a room where I have good control of light and I can usually keep a window or two open. I can keep the lights fairly bright or super dark, haven't had issues on either side. I haven't had any issues with the coating, I honestly can't see any blurring of color, and having zero problems with glare has been very nice. The text is clear enough, too, though I use the monitor almost exclusively for gaming so I don't know how it'd be for productivity-type stuff. Overall I'm happy, no issues and a great gaming experience

The picture is absolutely beautiful. Oled brings out the best picture for gaming. My only issue is the preset picture modes look like crap and required so much to make look good.

The OLED is honestly game changing. Would recommend for anyone serious with how they want their game to look

I honestly just want to write this review for anyone considering to purchase an open box excellent condition from Best Buy. I just received my package yesterday and I was at my nearby BB store within the hour. When I went to receive my package downstairs from my apartment the first thing I noticed was the leg stand petruting from the box. Ideally not the first thing you want to see. Unfortunately it wasn't in the original packaging. I proceeded to open the box and it was so poorly wrapped it looked rushed. Once I finally removed the bubble wrap I couldn't even get it out the box smoothly because of the leg so I had to contort it a bit to finally remove it from the box. As I pull it out I noticed both sides of the monitor were dented!!!! I was in disbelief. If you buy open box PLEASE VISIT THE STORE AND CHECK IT FIRST!! Or take your chance like I did smh. To top it off the controller was missing as well. I can't rate the monitor and it's performance because I didn't even bother to test it but this review isn't about the monitor's performance it's more for anyone considering an open box purchase online. I hope this would help make your decision before purchasing and possibly wasting your time. DO NOT get your hopes up. You're better off spending the extra few bucks and getting it new or if you're able to see it in store PLEASE go do that. I had got my hopes up especially with the BB excellent condition description on their website. I was extremely let down. I returned it immediately and now just monitor-less because they didn't have any brand new in store. Hope this helps...

Brightness for me was fine. What made me return it was the matte finish they used. In a colorful game like Overwatch it was Ok but any game that had a lot of sky or snow or white you could see it instantly. And browsing internet was same. Also the remote should be rechargeable. I have a feeling this will be one of the most returned monitors for the screen finish. LG if you read this use the same anti glare as the Alienware qd oled or your tvs and I will repurchase.

Really, it's the best monitor I've owned, and, likely, among the best I'll ever own. I've never seen a ghosted pixel or anything that looks out of line. It's just perfect. The remote is easy and convenient to use.

Looks amazing, especially with HDR enabled. The contrast is insane. Obviously its very expensive. Jump on it if you have the money or if its too much wait for this tech to get more affordable.

Hello console peasants, feast your eyes on this beast of a monitor. Youre gonna wanna switch to pc after experiencing this breath taking piece of technolofy. Oled? 240hz? Yeah if you dont have this monitor then youre missing out hahahaha

for 999$ the panel is not worth the cost. brightness in dark settings is not rich due to the coating on the screen. i’ll stick to using my LG CX TV for oled gaming until a better option is available. the colors are beautiful though. But stick to oled tv’s especially LG because they truly are beautiful. but for me, my pc gaming is exclusive to a monitor so i settled with a LG ultragear 4k GN and it’s been awesome. 4k gaming never looked so good.
