If first build or moving from 1080p to 1440p would have kept it. Its got true black, amazing color, and looks amazing. It has a few perks im not used to like pixel cleaning and notification on proper resolution for displayed content. I didn't keep as im already at 1440p. In future will get a monitor like the or the same

The colors on this computer are absolutely beautiful.

For reference, I had an Alienware AW2721D. I did a lateral upgrade to this monitor and I don’t regret it yet, the colors are amazing and the response time is amazing. The brightness isn’t to bright but it doesn’t ruin the monitor IMO. Pricey but I got it open box so it wasn’t so bad.

This monitor has beautiful color accuracy and nearly zero motion blur. OLED is absolutely a godsend for gamers that play fast/twitchy competitive games. Unfortunately, this monitor is marred with poor controls and a subpar controller. I kid you not, there is exactly one button on this monitor, which can be pressed or held to do two actions. More than that, the monitor will frequently give an annoying popup that the resolution is incorrect, even when the source is 1440p (the native resolution). I’ve fallen in love with OLED monitors, but this one isn’t the one, and for $1000 asking price, it had better check all the boxes. My suggestions is to wait a few months for LG to start selling the panel to ASUS, Acer, etc who will pair it will better controls and more features.

Amazing for gaming not but text is a little blurry

Great monitor for gaming, the picture quality is amazing for AA games.

Excellent so far, LG improved customer experience with the included battery in the remote and firmware update out of the box (purchase June 24, 2023). The screen is brighter at full screen compared to the Corsair OLED 27. I wish it doesnt come with the remote but an OSD button as I might loose the remote, the screen could have more swivel and height adjustment.

I’ve ordered numerous of monitors and I can tell you this by far is a great monitor. If you’re worried about the brightness level on this monitor I would not be worried at all. The response time is great and no ghosting effect as well. The great thing about this monitor is every 4 hours of use they do an image cleaning which is fantastic for oled panels.

It's a great WOLED monitor to use. Only downsides I can think of is the lower than usual brightness and for some reason it bugs out when I plug in speakers after it goes to sleep. Otherwise, it looks great and the matte coating didn't bother me much. Best to get one when it goes on sale (and it goes on sale a lot).

It was an amazing monitor for the price! I love everything about it but the only thing that scares me is burn in even though I’ve never dealt with it so far. I don’t use it at 100% brightness just to make sure I prevent it from happening but other wise. Clarity, color, response time is impeccable. Best monitor out there.

Increasing the brightness for gaming requires HDR, which may not be ideal for FPS games. However, it should be sufficient if you enjoy story games or RTS. Additionally, this monitor is not recommended for general office work. I have a significant issue with the product's remote, which is entirely useless and adds to the list of things to keep track of. Additionally, the brightness is so low that it's the sole reason for my decision to return it. Overall, OLED technology is impressive, but it seems to be ahead of its time, especially when it comes to gaming.

I think the monitor looks pretty decent. I like the color contrast but of course, OLED is still growing. It is a little darker than expected and out of the box it needs to be color-corrected, which is kind of annoying for spending 900 dollars.

Just got my monitor from a preorder yesterday and man this monitor makes games look so much better! The color on this monitor is insane and does a well job. I have had 0 issues so far with the monitor and played a couple games. Well worth the money imo.

Good monitor. Got it on sale. Good value and easy to operate/setup. Built in lighting is very cool. Responsive to controls.

The price is high but the monitor does have amazing graphics.

Its okay i mostly was using this during the day so the low brightness was unacceptable and annoying but if you were to use this during the night its amazing just make sure you get it at a good price

I had my reservations based on all the comments I saw regarding the lack of brightness. Thankfully it’s plenty bright for me. I typically game in the dark or low light so it’s not an issue. This monitor made me realize what I was missing when it comes to graphics fidelity. Everything just looks nicer. I’m happy with my purchase.
