Contract was also very good. But the lack of brightness in a 1000$ monitor is actually shocking... even in pitch black it was awful.

By far the most sim gaming monitor I’ve ever seen or used.

Don't waste your money

Also plagued with firmware issues and has terrible brightness. The brightness wouldn't be such an issue if the whole panel's brightness didn't shudder when a bright spot shows up on the screen. I regret my purchase and missing my return windows but I'm sure glad the service plan covers burn-in.

Shady Business Practices by Best Buy

I bought this monitor as an open box from Best Buy. It was listed as excellent condition which means it should have the box and all of its cords per Best Buy’s website. I buy this monitor online and go to pick it up in person. I get to the Best Buy that had this “excellent open box” which was two hours away from my home. I am presented with a monitor wrapped in plastic, with no box, and no cords. This monitor was a floor model and someone they didn’t have the cords. This wasn’t noted anywhere on the online listing. I was told there was nothing the store could do about this. I instantly returned the monitor. Best Buy should stop lying to their customers. This wasn’t excellent condition and it being a floor model should also have been noted since more than likely this screen would have been left on every single day. It being OLED would bring concerns of burn it since it would get left on every single day probably with static images.
