Great monitor for price

Not for watching Movies

However, if your looking to use it for other things as well such as movie watching, its going to hurt to watch. The Screen judder on movies is horrible. I tried playing with the settings and it got better, but still highly noticeable. Email to LG support received no reply.

So much different then a tv screen. The color and pixels are so much clearer. Would of never thought there would be this much difference.

Just a Great Monitor

I got sick of my little monitors eventually and decided to upgrade. Having never played games passed 1080p, I have to say this is easily a top-of-the-list upgrade. It’s beautiful, smooth, and easy to set up. It mounted perfectly to my swivel stand, and not having a power box to hide was quite welcome. It does, however, have a humongous plug end. I’d get 3 more to replace the monitors on my sim rig…

Stand assembly under 5 minutes. Swapped Display port cable from 27" ROG G-Sync connected to my 2028ti/i9 Intel rig and it was up and running...Zero bad pixels. I am still blown away by the improvement this monitor brings to my gaming environment. ULTRA settings on all games tested so far. Limits are now the actual games rather than my hardware. It's big, not curved, was a bit worried about that - I sit 18-24 inches away...brain sync'd up by about 6 hours playtime. 1 button display menu, lots of options. Easy to tweak. Stunning improvement in Graphics, rock solid FPS. Aside from not knowing how long this Monitor will last - I'd say you can't go wrong here.
