Top of the line gaming monitor

If you’re reading this review, You’ve probably gone back and forth between a couple monitors and even Tvs debating on which one to buy. I looked at the HD version of this size and I even thought about getting a 43” LG IPS tv. Im so glad I chose to get this 32” LG Ultragear Nano IPS monitor. I upgraded from a 27” LG ips gaming monitor and even though it’s only 5” bigger, it seems a lot bigger and a feels like a substantial upgrade. Gaming on this monitor is a lot more immersive to me. Colors on this monitor are beautiful and vibrant. Blacks get decently black.. yes it has the typical IPS glow, but after tweaking the picture settings a bit, it isn’t very noticeable. I have mine hooked up to an Xbox Series X and my PS4. The monitor does support 1440 at 120hz on Xbox series X through hdmi 2.0. All my Xbox games look gorgeous on this monitor. It even breathes new life into older games. I don’t see any ghosting or tearing when gaming on my consoles. I have the monitor set at 120hz with free sync enabled. The stand was very quick and easy to set up. There is no speakers but you can plug into speakers via aux cable or optical.there is also 2 hdmi ports and 2 standard USB ports. It comes with an hdmi and display port cable. The stand has a notch in the back for cable management. A nice added touch. Would I recommend this monitor? Yes! Get it while it’s on sale! I had to have looked at a dozen other monitors and some TVs and I think this is the best display for $400. QHD at 32” looks crisp, and you’ll get to game at a buttery 120fps on your Series X or PS5. It is brighter than other Monitors I looked at in this price point, and since it has LGs Nanocell IPS technology.. viewing angles and colors are great!

First LG ultraGear won’t be my last! Amazing!!!!

I have tried many gaming monitors over the last year. And I would always have to return because they just weren’t good enough. I’m too picky and I waited and did my research on the beat gaming monitors. Plus I did the VA vs IPS PANEL comparisons. Most swayed towards the IPS for color accuracy but VA had better contrast (darks). Wily oh I agreed with. But I’ve wanted the best colors to go with my HDR gaming with Ray Tracing. This panel of nano ips technology and wow is it truly beautiful. Crispy colors and very nice brightness at 350 nits. I wish it was at least 400nits vesa hdr 400 certified but that’s fine. This model in the 27 inch size has 400 nits. But that’s too small for me. The contrast is low at 1000to1 but it’s fine. Now for the response time rated at 1 ms GTG. I’m assuming that’s on the super fast mode. But either way while playing warzone(my main game) his monitor helps me game better. See things farther away and react quicker down sites. Controls are simple and the OSD looks and works great. Simple to navigate. This does come with display port 1.4 and I believe the lg and included cable is rated at 1.4 spec. Only down side while I use a simple aux cable to my speaker when I don’t want to wear my Astros outputs volume but kind of low and I couldn’t find the volume adjustment in the setting. But I can’t raise the volume that loud anyhow as my hearing is not great in one ear. Honestly the price is higher than I would normally like to spend. But for the quality and specs. I’m happy I did. If you want something for gaming this is it. If you just want a monitor for web browsing or YouTube and such. Get a cheaper less feature rich monitor. But for gaming I absolutely recommend this 32 inch beauty and a beast!

    Great 1440p Monitor!

Ive had mine for about 2 months now. I am very pleased. I researched this quite a bit before deciding upon this one. It has excellent color and quality for the price and 32” size. I would recommend this if you want a slight edge over standard 1080p. Certainly worth it in my opinion. My PC utilizes a 12th Gen i5 with a 3060Ti. Looks great to me.
