Great quality for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good picture quality for the price point. Easy to setup and use. Currently using this monitor to casually game with my PS5, running 120HZ and to connect my laptop for multitasking. The screen size is perfect for what I use it for. Coming from gaming on a TV, I’m happy I made this purchase.

LG 32GP850-B/32GP83B-B is where pixels go to party
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 32-inch, 1440p beast is like the Swiss Army knife of monitors – it does a bit of everything and does it well. Gaming Delight: With a 165Hz refresh rate (180Hz if you overclock it, because why not?), this monitor makes every frame of your epic game battles look smoother than a buttered otter on a Slip 'N Slide. Low input lag means you'll never miss a beat, unless, of course, you're still playing like a noob. Color Carnival: The color accuracy is so good it might just make you cry – tears of joy, obviously. You'll see hues you didn't even know existed. It’s like having a unicorn as your personal color consultant. Office Buddy: If you need a work monitor, this one's got you covered. It's bright enough to fight off any glare, and its wide viewing angles mean you can share your screen without that awkward lean. But beware, the text clarity might just encourage you to take an extended coffee break. HDR Woes: Now, let’s talk about HDR. It's there, but don't expect it to make your heart race. It’s like showing up at a rave only to find out it’s a knitting circle – still fun, but not what you signed up for. Build and Design: The monitor itself looks slick with its slim bezels and red accents. It’s sturdy enough to survive a minor apocalypse, but don’t go expecting it to double as a weapon. The LG 32GP850-B/32GP83B-B is a jack of all trades, master of fun. It’s perfect for gamers, decent for office work, and won't disappoint in the color department. Just don’t rely on it for HDR thrills. So, plug it in, crank up the refresh rate, and let the good times roll!

Excellent image quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The monitor is very well built with a very good image quality with very vivid colors thanks to the IPS panel. It works very well with my nvidia gpu since it has G-sync, but anyone who has another gpu will work very well since it has both G-sync and Free-Sync technologies. With 165 FPS it provides, it is very versatile for any gpu at 1440P.

Incredible, unbelievable monitor!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously owned a 32 in. Dell monitor that met an untimely demise so I was in the market for another monitor. I originally went with a 27 in. Alienware monitor that was nice, but I shortly after I bought it I realized that I couldn't go back to a 27 in. monitor after owning a 32 in. so I returned it and after extensive research decided on this one. This is by far the best monitor I've ever owned. I didn't realize how much of a difference a solid monitor could make, but all the games I play are much smoother and faster. I own a desktop with a RTX 4080 and is so much better paired with this monitor. Colors are more vibrant and game play is much smoother. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for an awesome gaming experience or for every day use. I also love that it is 32 in. which is perfect for what I need for every day use as well as some gaming.

Great for the budget with plenty of visual candy!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor saved me money on investing in an OLED. It does not have the blackest blacks for the ultimate contrast but it still has great contrast regardless and is way brighter. The Nano- IPS tech is also outstanding, it brings out vibrant colors giving a really nice sense of color contrast variation and doesnt look washed out. The stand ais very easy and convenient to adjust and has some cable management. Putting the QHD and the 1ms response time as the cherry on top of it all, one can not go wrong with this monitor. It'll add to the visual quality and performance your graphics card brings to the table and also is great for watching movies and web browsing. Also, the 165hz refresh rate is very buttery smooth when you have the peripheral hardware capabilities to use it to its fullest.

This thing needs 10 stars
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish I could give this thing 10 stars. It blows everything away especially for the price. I ultimately got it for gaming..I play an xbox series x and I stream..streaming from the couch was not comfy anymore and needed my area. I also am a full time wedding photographer...the editing on this thing from my 16 inch MacBook Pro is incredible. It matches the colors and makes everything pop..I am blown away. Don't sit on this thing and don't think you need some 800-1000 monitor..this will do just the thing. As for gaming..I play a lot of COD but then occasionally some other games and the detail and color is super rich. There are different modes specifically for gaming and the type of gaming you are doing..so for me it's "FPS" and I can adjust from there. Best of all, it took 5 minutes to set up.

Perfect for sim racing!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall this is an excellent monitor! I purchased 3 of these for a racing simulator I built, and the 32” IPS panel is just perfect for my use case. The bezels are super thin, which helps a lot for immersion, and the 165hz refresh rate is perfect for the sims I play. The colors really pop once you dial it in. I recommend looking up the RTINGS review for this monitor and using their color profile settings. For anyone else out there looking for great triple monitors for a sim, work, or whatever reason and don’t need curved screens then this is the best you’re going to get. FYI - The weird effect where the monitor bezels connect is not from the monitor itself but rather from a bezel free kit I installed for better immersion. Yours will not come like that and will just be a standard 6mm bezel.

Q: QuestionDoes the joystick/OSD button not responding after several hours of usage? My joystick button led light was on but was not responsive after say hours of usage, if I need to turn off the monitor completely I need to unplug the power cable.
Asked by Chao.
- A:Answer Hey thanks for the reply, I did not return mine, I figured out that in my case it was something to do with when HDR mode was turned on and after several long hours of use the OSD button becomes unresponsive. If you have the same problem try to toggle off the "use the HDR" setting under display settings, if you turned off the HDR mode seems the OSD button works fine without any issues, I've tested it out and left the monitor on for a couple of days. Overall it was a great IPS monitor and actually was my first IPS panel, hopefully, everything lasts well as time goes on.

Q: QuestionWhat are the best settings for this monitor when having my PS5 connected to it and what video settings should I have for my PS5?
Asked by Rexal.
- A:Answer I think it comes down to preference for colors, I typically like to tone my colors down. One important thing to note is to keep it on fast response setting and NOT fastest. Fastest actually creates some weird reverse ghosting effect when used with a PS5.

Q: QuestionHi, I like to know if this monitor got pbp and pip function? And can it run 120hz on ps5 (1080p)? Thank you very much
Asked by gazgundam.
- A:Answer This monitor has On Screen Control (OSC) for PIP but not a dual controller feature for PBP. Maximum resolution is 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz (HDMI)/ 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz (DisplayPort). ^Daphane

Q: QuestionWhat type of speakers could be used with this monitor? And can you use a Roku or Firestick with this monitor?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I tried a sound bar, but found it to be too bulky. Then I found a compact sound bar that Bose makes—it’s Bluetooth and works great as my speaker.
