Hey thanks for the reply, I did not return mine, I figured out that in my case it was something to do with when HDR mode was turned on and after several long hours of use the OSD button becomes unresponsive. If you have the same problem try to toggle off the "use the HDR" setting under display settings, if you turned off the HDR mode seems the OSD button works fine without any issues, I've tested it out and left the monitor on for a couple of days. Overall it was a great IPS monitor and actually was my first IPS panel, hopefully, everything lasts well as time goes on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the exact same problem. Almost returned it. I think an update from LG will take care of it. Being that this monitor is so new, LG doesn’t have any software/drivers available for it.
