Got this phone for my 12 year old and so far, it's been a good phone for her. Wanted a simple phone that she could call and text on, but we are waiting to get data for her. My only complaint is that the associate at the store really screwed up our existing family plan and left it up to me to call At&T to fix it.

Great phone for the price. Out of pocket was $0.00 and no chance to run up a huge internet bill. Perfect for the teenager in our house. He primarily texts so the slide out keyboard is perfect for him. All other internet related items he uses a tablet for in the house with the wi fi so the phone is spot on. Only downside is the color. Its red and that is all that is made, so he just tells his friends he has a bad habit of losing his phone so he went with something that would stick out.

We bought this phone for our son for his 12th birthday. We blocked all data on the line so for us it is just a basic no frills phone that it much easier to text on than other phones that do not require a data plan. It is a perfect starter phone for the tween age group. My only complaint is that the availability of a protective case that fits this phone is non-existent at Best Buy.

I like the color of my phone and I also like the touch screen ,I don't like that it always locks up ,and you always have to unlock it to continue

its a great phone for those who dont want a smart phone. Easy to use slide out keyboard and easy control system.

This phone s perfect for our nanny who just needs to be able to make quick calls and text. It's nothing fancy but for the price and function it's perfect.

Its just a basic phone and not a smartphone. I got it for free for a 2 year contract with AT&T. I was looking for a phone with no data plan and this was the one of them. Its battery life is OK but better than the smartphones.

Great phone for any age. Easy to use and the touch screen is just sensitive enough to use without pressing any wrong buttons.

A great starter phone for my daughter. She wanted an iPhone and I wasn't ready for all that so we picked up this little gem for .01. It is a texting phone that doesn't need to carry a data package so since my wife and I already have unlimited texting it was a no brainer. My daughter reports that the phone is awesome, she's 12, it takes great pics and she can hear everyone fine. Her only complaint is that the battery cover falls off easily and the touch screen sensitivity needed getting used to. All in all you can't go wrong with this phone as a beginner phone for that in between age.

This is an attractive phone which is just right for someone who doesn't want a smart phone yet. Touchscreen makes for easy navigation.

this phone replaced a much older phone and does everything I need easily, looks good and is a nice combination of screen & keyboard size.

Very good phone for basic users and texters. No a very high end phone but gets the job done

I wanted a cell phone for calling and texting...that's it. And this phone is exactly what I wanted. It takes really good pics considering it's not a smart phone. I didn't want to pay for a smartphone and the extra line charges and there wasn't much choice with old-fashioned cells. But, even saying that, I'm glad I chose this one. Texting is a breeze and that's mostly what I use it for. Great little phone.

If your looking for an easy to use and access phone this is the one for you. I use it for texting and calling.

This is the 2nd phone like this that we have purchased for our kids. The first was a great starter for our son.

Son needed a phone mostly to text on. I am able to get hold of him when I need to and the phone does the job.

When I was eligible for an upgrade I tried another phone that was recommended to me...I ended up returning it and getting this model again. I love it! The touch-screen and preloaded apps make this a versatile phone without having to purchase a data plan. My only complaint is there is no way to turn off/remove icons that connect you to the internet so if you have "fat fingers" and hit one of these you will end up with an extra charge on your next bill.

simple phone for my mom to use. the key pad is easy to text on and the battery life is very good.

Very easy for a first time texter. Small enough to fit in a pocket.
