I got this for my 12 year daughter and she loves it.

I really like this phone. I wish it had a longer time before the screen locks.

This has been a great purchase. Have nothing bad to say about it.

I purchased this phone after two different Samsungs. This is the most frustrating cell phone I have owned. It is very difficult to find menu options and settings on this phone, and since neither LG or ATT have updated their websites so ringtones, etc., can be downloaded, options are pretty pathetic. Also, the manual I downloaded from the LG website contained a virus that wrecked my computer, and cost $100 to get rid of. First and only LG phone I will ever buy.

This phone is not 4G, but it's so freaking complicated it's ridiculous. I would never buy another phone like this again.

The phone is OK for occasional texting, but the touch screen is poor and the texting keyboard is very small.

I had to have this phone replaced less than 1 month after purchase. It would only allow me to call out sometimes. It would also drop many calls. When I would hang up at the end of a call the call would be over, but the phone would continue counting time of the call duration, as though it was still an active call.

Trying to get the thing turned on and off is a job in itself. Scroll is too sensitive and large fingers with arthritis makes hitting the right icon the first time impossible. For me anyway, the QWERTY keyboard is a waste since I wish it just had ordinary keys for numbers and alphabet.

This phone broke 5 days after owning it. It dropped two feet to the ground and busted the LED screen. Very dissapointed in the quality and in Best Buy not standing by it. It looks great sitting on the shelf though. Back to the old flip phone for two years.

THE TOUCH SCREEN IS SO POOR YOU CAN HARDLY EVEN GET TO ANSWER A CALL BEFORE THE PERSON IS REJECTED OR HANDS UP THINKING THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ANSWER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE.

Really bad, need to return product asap, lots of problems, dials on its own, can't delete texts, late text messages

Phone is very difficult to navigate and there is no way to cancel the lock screen.

I wish I would have chosen a different phone. I wish I could trade it in.

Spent more time taking it back for replacement than using it.

Last year, I had this phone and it worked pretty well for my basic needs. In the short amount of time I had this device, I enjoyed using it, for the most part. I liked the fact that this phone was red and I liked how small it was. The capacitive touch screen was another thing I liked about this device. The call quality was pretty good and stayed connected almost every time I made or received a call. The speaker quality is not that good. The ringtones sounded muffled and I missed a few calls, as a result. The phone's operating system was basic and did run slow at times. On the plus side, the phone was really easy to use. I noticed that because of the material this phone was made out of, it made it more difficult for me to hold in my hand. I needed to put a case on it to hold it properly. I also liked how the screen automatically locked when I made or received a call. This phone is great for people looking for a basic quick messaging phone or for parents looking to get their child their first cell phone.

I added this phone to an AT&T account. I never used the Best Buy service. I was MORE impressed than going to the AT&T store. I trusted the Best Buy people MORE. I have had Verizon and AT&T and purchased phones at Verizon, AT&T, the Apple Store and Online. I will buy ALL future phones at Best Buy.

Great phone without the common operating system [IOS, android], and definitely better than LG's other populer non-android phone-the 505C. This phone does, however, stay compatible with go-phone service [unlocked]. Very good screen, and good sound quality.

This is my first phone ever at 15 so i don't have anything to base it off of. overall it's a great phone. it does the job for calling and texting. you can personalize ringtones, add a wallpaper and music. PROS: texting is fast call quality is amazing good service in rural areas responsive and fast touch screen CONS: you have to pay for everything that comes on the phone as far as apps except for texting and calling the only way to transfer files without a mem card is through bluetooth when in a call, you must unlock the screen, slide the bar, and hit end a couple times before the call will actually end both of my parents got the phone listed below and it's pretty good as well.

I wanted a phone with a full keyboard that I didn't have to get a data plan with. This was the perfect phone, and small enough to fit in my pretty phone holster that I've had for years. Makes texting so muchh easier.

We bought these for our teenagers; they love them. And as first time "texters," they weren't disappointed. When we bought the phones, they only came in one color...RED. So we looked for phone covers and learned the LG Rumor Reflex (LN 272) phone covers fit perfectly. We bought the phone covers with screen protectors online and haven't looked back. No mechanical problems (e.g. battery life) found. Life is good.
