Was woried cambat for gamer would be too slow at first but after leveling up charecter became less restrained overal a great game for combat enthusiasts

The game came rattling around in the case. The ps5 said it didnt recognize the game. Customer service said mail it back for full refund, but they sent it back to me and wont refund me. And now its past the return time frame. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I spent a fortune shopping at Best Buy and I am always a happy customer there. Today, however, I was disappointed with customer service. The cashier who assisted me was rude and a little hostile, unlike other times. I was trying to buy more than three prepaid cards for family members and she unceremoniously said the limit is three. I asked why and she tersely answered as if I should have known or I should have been an expert on the subject matter, because of fraud. She did not elaborate and I did not ask further questions because she was busy doing something else like talking to her ear pods, plus she did not seem interested in answering any more queries. I hope this is a one off situation because I would hate to stop going to Best Buy!
