LifeProof cases are other wise great for protecting iPhones - did return and get the correct one the next day

Sucks on speaker phone

When I speak on speaker phone. The person on the other end of the line can hear their own voice repeating every word they say.

Keep the box and the receipt just in case yo!

Awful product do not purchase

The screen protector is loud and makes a clicking when typing. The case makes it extremely difficult to change ring/silent mode. The protector also in worthless for preventing damage. The phone fell out of my pocket one time (about 3.5 ft) and spider webbed the entire top of my screen. I even had a glass screen protector on for additional protection. Save 40-50 bucks and get an Otter box.

That case is not designed to be used with an additional screen protector, which is probably what is leading to the issues that you're experiencing with the fit of the screen protector built into your FRĒ case. As for the mute switch, we usually suggest installing the front of that case and turning the mute dial a couple times before installing the back of your case. This helps you see if that mute switch is properly engaged with the case.
We're incredibly sorry to hear about the damage to your device while it was in your FRĒ case. While our cases are tough, they aren't 100% infallible, and some variables simply can't be predicted. Though we can't replace the phone, we'd be more than happy to get you taken care of with a replacement case.

As others have complained, the wet-screen look is just unacceptable. And after spending $90 dollars for this case, I refuse to jump the hoops to make it work.
