In addition, you have to press down harder on the sides of the phone as the galaxy is a curved screen. Would not buy again.

We're sorry to hear your phone and FRĒ case aren't getting along. The built-in screen protector will keep the S8's beautiful display well protected, but it should also allow for easy functioning. Sometimes air can get caught between the screen protector and the device’s screen during installation. We suggest opening the charge port door at the bottom of the case then press the front of the product firmly against your chest or thigh with the palm of your hand on the back of the case, as this will squeeze out any extra air. If you are still having problems, please give us a call at 1-888-533-0735 and we'll set you up with a brand new replacement.
